    These are all on "affirmative form". Can I use them on "question form"? For example: "Do u like either an apple or an orange" - is this correct? Can I use them on this way?

      Yes, that sentence is correct. I think generally the question forms will be the same.

      I can't think of a good reason for this other than to say the word order is conventionally reversed here.
