I had the opportunity to ride one in single track this week. Im a 2t owner and havent gelled with any 4t ive ridden recently. This bike was agile, light, comfortable, very high quality feeling. I could see myself riding the woods version when its realeased with a softer suspension. Very impressive 1st attempt from Triumph
Finally someone that does a real world test on the triumph MX bike !! In your opinion how does it compare to the other manufacturer offering their 250s as I am going Kawasaki 250 for 2025 🏁
Kawasaki Let's the Good Time's Roll! Engine wise the Triumph has the softest low to mid power and a nice surge into the mid range and long pull to top. Perhaps a tick less peak power than the CRF250R and YZ250F but both of those have more initial snap and throttle response. The Triumph chassis is very good with a fun and playful feel in motion with excellent turning - similar to that almost 2-stroke like feel in a 250F the CRF250R has and more playful than the YZ250F. Triumph KYB suspension is good out of the box with decent adjustability. Riding this Triumph TF250X has me thinking about a CRF250R Works Edition!
My understanding is dealers were told there is a 250F off road version in development - not sure when it will be announced or released. The 450F motorcross bike will be officially shown next week (10/3)...maybe an off road version from that model also?

I agree! The agility and steering feel are very good on this model - especially in the woods.... ruclips.net/video/E9q_GxRcB_4/видео.html
250F cross country bikes are so underrated in the woods. They're an absolute blast!
Yes they are! This spin on the TF250X makes me thing about how getting a 25 CRF250R Works Edition!😎

Cant wait to see what the 450 looks and acts like..
Yes I hope it retains that great steering feel!
Was really hoping their Enduro version would be a 300cc bike.

Looking at the exhaust color it looks like it's running lean. Good looking bike though......and Johnny Walker approved!
Yeah we tune engines based on the color of the titanium...😐

Thin Ti headers turn such a nice purple color! That is a Triumph provided map so hopefully fueling is proper!
Lot of people disrespect Asian manufacturing quality but these triumphs assembled in Thailand are getting rave reviews for fit and finish.
This bike looks much better in person and the design details are easily noticed - the build quality is very good.
