You talk about the clutch release around 5:53 in your video. When I removed my cover it fell out, therefore I could not get a good look at the position it was in prior to removing it. I was wondering exactly how it lined up when putting it back on. Thanks

I've got a 2004 Yamaha Bruin 350. I've seem manuals on line but not for the information I am looking for. I've got to check to see if the key has sheared and moved the timing marks on the flywheel. I have a recoil start rope on mine. I don't know if I can put a breaker bar or a screwdriver to hold the start teeth in place while removing the bolt that secures the cover???

My left hand crankcase broke, Can I split the case without removing all the gears from the right side, or does it has to be removed no matter what. Thanks

In order to take the electric starter motor out to replace the brushes do would you have to get a fly wheel puller and take it all apart like that? or can you simply slide it out from the other side?

Rob Hayden there is a rubber oring in the starter where it slides in the block, its tight. Take 2 starter bolts off and positive wire bolt and it comes off with a little tapping.
