He chickened out, won't testify!!! The problem for the defence is that he personally signed the checks, 12 instalments of $35,000 paid to his lawyer. The idea that he just personally signed $35,000 checks and did not know what they were for is ludicrous. Literally, the argument here of the defense is he was too much of an imbecile to realize he was signing massive checks to his lawyer??? The idea that his fixer was such a great lawyer he was paid a $35,000 a month retainer??? He should have testified, again he hired lawyers that don't know how to check the boxes.

I'm not optimistic about the outcome of this case. 87% of this jury voted for Joe Biden. Also, one full week before closing arguments gives the prosecution a lot of time to tamper with the jury. It's safe to say we should all be prepared for a guilty verdict.
