@@davidjaggs Ok then. Thank you so much. If I can bother you with one more question, can you suggest where to start and what classical guitar to buy for starters? Thanks!
@@Dave-cf4xq I made a film about what guitar to buy, one of my short tutorials, no2 I think... Paco Castillo guitars are very good value. Id start with RUclips tutorials, just for fun, and if it goes well then get a good teacher once every 3 weeks or so.
A lovely tune from a strangely captivating film! My copy of 'Movie Themes' is due to arrive next week, and I don't know which one to start working on first? They're all great tunes, and very well arranged for CG, of course, but it could well be 'Amelie' as we have a bit of a connection. Flawlessly played, as usual!
So beautiful David ❤. I loved this film 🥰
Thanks Bridget!
Großartig 🎸🎶 gespielt 👌 Absolut schön diese Melodie. Danke ❤🌹
Thanks 😊😊
Wow this really took me away, somewhere else, somewhere special. Thank you David!
Thanks for watching, Brian!
Comptine d’un autre ete is a brilliant piece of music and it works beautifully for guitar. Really nice arrangement ✌️😊
That's very kind, thanks!
@@davidjaggsespecially that guitar! 😊👍

A satisfying arrangement. Now, if I only had a
guitar as good as yours!
It's a beauty!
Indeed. It sounds magnificent.
I have purchased all your books, you are truly gifted . I look forward to more arrangements, transcriptions to come.

In your honest opinion can I ask you what age you would consider too old to begin learning to play classical guitar?
@@Dave-cf4xq I have a couple of students. One started at 72. She's doing well, and really enjoys it. Never too old, Dave.

Thanks Phil. I enjoyed playing this particular one. I think Spartacus is my favourite though!
beautiful, and my favorite movie too... can I purchase the sheet music? I'm professional classical guitarists btw...
Hi. Yes, there is a book of 20 movie themes, link in the description. You can also buy it digitally from Hal Leonard website.
Very nice!
Thanks 😊
I didn't like the movie and think it's highly overated but the music is something else. Lovely arrangement! Brings back a lot of memories...
Thanks!
