      Upto what level from bsp, depends upon the bidder, if he is end user or investor.

      On SBI auction portal EMD amount mentioned against each property, so accordingly you can calculate the bsp

    Interested bidders are advised to inquire independently about the disputes, encumbrances, litigations,
    attachment, status of acquisition, encroachments and any other rights attached to the plot before they bid.
    If the allottee fails to do so, NOIDA shall not be responsible or be committed to any encumbrances
    attached to the plot
    Sir, why we are responsible for these things. Yeh toh noida authority ki responsibility honi chaiye..hum log kaha se yeh details nikal sakte hai..yeh scheme toh paise fasane kay liye hai

      This is absolutely correct, this means there are issues with plots offered and Authority wants to add a party in the court cases still running and wants to wash their hands. This shows the intent of offer.
