Nice stand!! Inexpensive, easy, and looks nice. Very well done!
Thanks, glad you like it!
That's a great idea! Really convenient for serious collectors!
I appreciate it, good luck to you!
Cool solution to displaying multiple sabers!
Thanks, I'm really happy with how it turned out.
You can 3D print lightsaber holders, but there is always something better about doing it yourself. your could always add in a surge protector at the bottom, so you can always have spot to charge them while they are on the holder as well. plus to help keep the wood from splintering while drilling the screws in, you can always drill a smaller pilot hole.
Yeah, I thought about incorporating charging too. In the end I just didn't want to mess with the minimalist vibe and I hate cords everywhere. I'm going to charge as needed using something to put the saber on and hide cords. I plan on using one of those 2 x 8 cube room divider organizers. Display space that doubles as charging area and cord hider. Thanks!
This is a great cost effective way to have a lightsaber stand! A while back I purchased a couple of inexpensive wall mounted broom organizers to display my lightsabers on. They work well on all my lightsabers except for the heavier ones and of course, I had to put holes in my walls to be able to mount them.
Really like your idea. Thanks for the video!
I'm glad you like it! I can see where a broom holder could work well too. Maybe a fishing rod holder as well. Thanks for watching!
Wow really smart and clean. Also nice space saver. keep the videos going very informative
Thanks for the support and for watching!
It turned out great! I figured something similar to a pool cue stand would do well with sabers!
Thanks, I appreciate it! I'm happy with how it turned out.
Pretty cool idea.
Thank you!
Very nice job. I have also been doing some saber related woodworking. I have been carving/staining/waxing four new lightsaber boxes, three for myself and one for a friend that just purchased his first Sabertrio saber. Two are ready now and I will be posting them to my RUclips channel soon.
Sounds awesome, I'll have to check it out!
This is a genius idea with the pool queue holders and it looks amazing with the lightsabers in it. Also, I’ve never heard of command strips, but I’m constantly putting holes in my wall which is a pain, so I’ll have to look into using command strips!
Thanks! You should, they are awesome. They are made by 3M. Thanks for watching!
I've definitely enjoyed this video. I've been trying to come up with a good way to display my sabers. Well done 👏. Also, keep me in mind for the giveaway.
Thanks Issacc! Let me know how your's turns out. Every comment by subscribers is an entry!
As someone who needs this, this is great!
Awesome, glad it helped! Thanks for watching!
Looks nice!! I love it!!
Thanks B.Ryan!
Interesting idea and it gives me a few ideas for my own. I'll probably modify it so mine aren't on the floor and displayed. Thanks for the idea for the pool cue holders though
Absolutely! Some of my best ideas are modified from other ideas of mine or other ideas from other people. I wanted mine on the floor to support most of the weight, otherwise I would have needed to put holes in the wall. Thanks for watching!
This is a great idea! I currently have 6 Sabers that are still without a stand so I may give this a go
Thanks, I'm glad you like it! A 2 foot length should handle it. Thank you for watching!
Great job on the stand
I need to come up with something to display my saber
Thanks, let me know what you come up with
Awesome video I think this giveaway concept is a great idea. Maybe an idea for the future is a livestream trivia and the winners can get giveaway prizes.
Thanks for watching!
Very nice good job
Thank you very much! I appreciate you watching!
This is such a neat concept!
Glad you like it! Thanks for watching!
This is really clever!
I'm glad you like it! Thank you for watching!
Different style of videos but a much needed video for people who have a good saber collection like you do. Either way a great interesting video to watch bro. Nice saber rack bro
Thanks Billy, I appreciate you bro!
Good job man looks great! Hope i win a saber!!
Thanks for watching, good luck!
Thank you i am going to use this for all of my sabers
Awesome, tell me how it turns out! Thanks for watching!
Yoo this is dope! Now all I need is a few pieces of wood and 5 more lightsabers!
Thanks, glad you like it. If you were going to get 5 more sabers, what would you get?
As someone who does not own a lightsaber stand I can confirm this is very cool
Thanks!
This would be awesome to win
Good luck to you, thanks for watching!
I've actually been looking at what to do to hold my lightsabers for the last 2 hours and I gotta admit I'll probably do something similar to yours thanks for the video
Glad it helped! Thanks for watching!
That's awsome! I dont have enough lightsabers to justify a lightsaber stand but very cool.
You could make a small one for just 1 or 2. Thanks for watching!
@@themeparkdna683 I was actually thinking about making some sort of stand but i didnt finish the project
I don't finish projects all the time
Great easy stand to make and a great vid
Thank you!
Very nice saber rack. I wish I could have one but don't wanna ruin the walls at my apartment.
That's the best part, I used command strips. They should remove clean as long as you remove them slowly.
Now I can make a lightsaber stand for mine when u get lightsabers thx
Glad to hear it was helpful! Let me know if you make one. Thanks!
That's really nice. I was thinking about mounting a Covertech belt clip to the wall so I can just hang them blade down for display.
That's a great idea! Since buying individual covetecs would get expensive you could actually put the 2 together. You could get a little thicker piece of wood and use a router to carve a channel to hold a covertec wheel.
supper cool ill have to do this for my sabers!
Thank you, I'm glad you like it. It turned out better and easier than I thought it would.
That turned out great and cost effective. Like you said, it's always nice to see the plan in your head turn out a success in reality.
Thank you! I'm supposed to get my thread in led blade v3 this week.
@@themeparkdna683 I'm interested to see how they improved on that. The initial version was flawed. I'm sure you'll be doing a video on the v3 when you get it. Look forward to it.
Thanks, it will probably have to wait a couple of weeks because I'm about to go out of town. My Fury mk2 is a v1 TILED model and will need an included adapter to use the v3 blade. Just looking at pictures it appears there is definitely more depth in the metal portion. It should help obsorb more heat, whether it obsorbs enough has yet to be determined. I love the idea but I'm starting to wonder if having the LED inside the hilt to allow it to obsorb more heat isn't better than having a brighter blade.
@@themeparkdna683 I agree. Great idea, but is the risk worth the reward and I think we're finding it's not. I'd rather just have the reliability and flexibility of a standard in hilt base lit LED than restricted to one blade that may get brittle and break from the heat.
@@GrayPaladin Agreed
Gotta say, love the content, disappointed you didn’t fire them all up 😐 Outside of that 👍💀👍
Never want to disappoint. I thought about it afterwards, but I wasn't sure how bright some of the stunts would have been. I probably would have needed change 12 batteries for the older Frankensabers and I was running low on batteries. Most probably would have been better then none. Thanks for watching!
Great idea! I've been flirting with something similar for my guitars, but my house is all old dry-wall, i'm afraid if I drill anything into it, the whole wall will crack
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Love me command strips. Thanks for watching!
@@themeparkdna683 do you think command strips could hold roughly 30 pounds?
I’m lucky that my saber that I bought recently is actually going to come with a stand!
Nice! Ultimate Works?
@@themeparkdna683 No, it was actually from saber theory which comes with a case and a stand.
@@landonp1113 Nice, I was just checking them out. Let me know how it goes!
@@themeparkdna683 👍
You should review the Highborn from the pach store. It is the coolest hilt I have ever seen. Also, I wanna know whether or not to get it for myself, since you have a very good opinion. Also, none of the reviews of it on RUclips show how to use it or change color and stuff. I really believe your channel is going to greatly grow eventually. 😁👍🏻
I have thought about it. It's an interesting design and it isn't a expensive as some sabers. I'm kind of limited on spending at the moment as summer is approaching. Thanks for the kind words, the suggestion, and for watching!
@@themeparkdna683 Thank you for putting out great content.
