But that seems like something's for the east end. It does not fit our rich neighborhood and it against the culture of it. Lets just say the most developments in this city has occurred in the east end in the past decade. Funny thing is I considered the east end safer, and they're neighborhood gained more crime in recent decades.
President Eisenhower deported 5 million illegal immigrants. He wanted American Veterans to have jobs when they came back from the Korean War. It can be done. This seven years until a court date is ridiculous. President Trump has promised to have a bigger deportation than President Eisenhower. That might be the issue that gets people to come around and vote for him. This whole open borders mess is entirely on Biden s shoulders. NYC didn’t cause this issue. Greg Abbot and Ron Desantis caused it by deciding to bus out migrants to us. This is a crisis directly caused by the belligerent actions of other states, so this issue needs FEDERAL attention.

We live in upstate and we see migrants roaming the area stealing food off of people's vegetable stands and wood for their fire so they can camp out in the woods there's a large number up ready up here in Western New York that are not in shelters they're literally camping out in the woods roaming people's properties This is terrible his country is not a place that anybody wants to live or be in anymore the way I see it the migrants can have this place because they can pay the high cost for the groceries which I'm sure the government's giving them for free as a turn away its own citizens for help that's needed

I was at a police site in Long Island city. Across the street was a “hidden” migrant shelter. The MEN walked across the street by the police site, sat on the ground, lit up marijuana and the cop did nothing even after I told him! So they’re “UNTOUCHABLES” now?!

I felt her breath on the back of my neck. Pointing her finger at me, she asked me if i wanted a PROBLEM...Just SAD. WALMART EMPLOYEE CAME TO MY RESCUE....send them back. The behavior will get worse.

And where I live we consider it northern NY, we call upstate NY the area between NYC and Albany once you cross the twin bridges north on I 87 you're headed into a completely different world and a very red part of a blue state. So except for some of our transplants we are not part of that group and very rarely agree with their politics .

They won't come up here without prior permission, it's OUR law not NYCs. I live in Monroe County, NY and we adopted a law last May saying that migrants cannot be housed in our hotels nor other shelters without our PRIOR permission, and whoever sends them there must pay for their support.

So scary I live in Brooklyn, and travel to queens for work, it’s gotten so dangerous, there’s people who are walking all over , garbage everywhere, no law no order , people are driving with guns , hurting each other , im sick and tired of everything, why is it that others are being helped, while people who’s lived and payed taxes are pushed aside. Wth is going on
This issue is why lots of folks will be voting Republican the next time around uo and down the ticket especially locally. I might do that so long as Trump is not at the top of it. That man abused my mother me and my brother years ago. Yet i came back to help my dad out, i helped my dad in his old age to fix the building and the only time the landlord came around was for money. Nothing else. Not even the fact the buildings foundation is cracked and tipping over.

In other words, you let in 1000, then 1500 have to leave. You let in 100, 300 have to leave the country. As a florida man AND a native born Texan, I personally want to thank places like NYC and Martha's Vineyard for accepting our migrants, even if briefly the hypocrite liberals in marthas vineyard accepted them. DeSantis knows these issues with sanctuary states which is why he did not allow florida to become the sewer that NYC has become.
Forfeit your federal aid for immigration and you can keep sending migrants to us. If you’re going to demand NY take on YOUR responsibility, we should get the funding to do so. You’re obviously not using it. Give us the money Congress gives you to handle the border and we have a deal.

NY is run by one city lets be honest. Same in Oregon (Portland) and a few other places. Outside of those cities are usually pretty conservative. Asylum seekers from Asia should be placed in Chinatown, African ones should be placed in predominantly black neighborhoods, and Hispanic in Hispanic neighborhoods.
