Whenever i see you guys upload a 35+ min full menu video i literally go "thank fucking god finally" and immediately watch them because they're so calming and informative. Just the right amount of fun and education, they're my comfort videos i probably watched the lemon chicken episode like 20 times. I wish more people knew about this channel bc you guys deserve every praise 🥰

Everything! Everything! Your gorgeous voice, that oh so charming lounge boy Leonard, the beeyoootiful pie, the exciting drinks, the dear little cookies. Okay not the salad. I cannot lie. It's the celery - l was told by a psychic channeler that l was a celery farmer in Holland and it was not one of my fun lifetimes. Not like when I worked in a mad house in London in the 1700s. Whew baby. But all of the rest of it. I could listen to you sing all day.

I know you said some folks put cheese in the Devils on Horseback, perhaps, you could come up with a nice cheese sauce for dipping them in for guest that want the cheese. Just a suggestion. That pie turned out so amazing!!! I want one of those pans too!

This, ma chérie, was a really nice dinner, one that I will not try because I dont have that rise pan and it would freak me out. In the other hand, I will make the celery salad : what a great idea! And the dates with bacon, that mon amie will be wonderful and I love the name : Devils on horseback ! LOL. Anyway, a great episode, wonderful to see you as always. So enjoyed your show today. You inspired me to have a robust glass of red wine, dark chocolate with a bit of sea salt, and mini sugar cookie thins while I watched. We were able to buy the house we have been renting for 17 years in Chula Vista, CA -- what is your best tip for kitchen layout if remodeling. Right now no room for major island - galley kitchen. I would swirl and twirl like Stevie Nicks, the Welsh Witch, in lace. ...love the celery salad...if you "strip" your bacon with the edge of a knife (like stretching it thin), you don't have to precook it.

Helllllllp! Randy, please tell where to get the fabulous, incredibly well-engineered pie tin. Our American bakeware companies give us a lovely pate tin but nothing close to the high sided, tranformer-styled pan you used. I want one. Please, where to go .... now I too can make a beautiful hot water pastry pie too!
Hmmm...I’ve been cooking for five decades but somehow never have made a raised pie. All excited, I set out to buy the metal form. Only one company from the UK makes them and they are sold out indefinitely in the manageable 2-lb size. It seems there’s not one available in the entire world right now. So guard yours carefully, dear friend, as it seems to be worth so much more than its weight in aluminum!
