It's mean Judicial separation k lye bhi dono ko agree hona jruri hai like mutual divorce?
Brother good one❤️
😁😁nyc explain
Starting part so funny 😂😂
Starting was 😂🔥
Nice
Sir, jb aap Judicial seperation k grounds bta rhe the to unme kaha ki conversion, renunciation aur presumed dead k conditions ko chhod kr baaki section 13(1) k sabhi grounds lagenge..... But sir if we go through the bare act then there it is written that -.......for a decree of judicial seperation on any of grounds specified in sub-section 1 of section 13......... Mtlb Yaha to saare grounds Aaye Na including renunciation, presumed dead and conversion.
Isn't it contradictory?
Wo Sirf alternate proceedings ki baat kr rhe hain ki normally court divorce cases me chahe to judicial separation bhi de skta hai alternatively...pr agar ye teen ground pr divorce pray kiya gya hai to wahan alternate relief ke form me judicial separation nhi grant kregi court.
Sir husband chahate judicial separation but wife nahi chahati judicial separation
