    The jury, whomever they all are, all made the right decision. This marine was protecting the general public and himself from a person who presented as erratic and dangerous to all on the train. He stepped up to provide a protective barrier in the best way he knew how. It's about being human, protecting others and himself from harm. Nothing about race, religion or ethnicity. Simply about safety. Have you ever seen the video with the Norwegian Giant military man neutralizing a drunk, crazy man on the train? Watch it. He's not been charged for anything. Nothing at all.

    It’s heartbreaking what happened on the subway. Jordan Neely was unarmed and upset, but he wasn’t a danger. Violence should never be the first resort, especially when someone is not posing an immediate physical threat. Holding him in a chokehold for six minutes was too much. Empathy and de-escalation can prevent tragedy. Every life matters.

    • @KekoaRecruit
      @KekoaRecruit Месяц назад

      No.
      Plus, the marine instructor they brought in to elaborate what Penny said he was trying to do was not what he actually did, and the defense attorney claimed Neeley died from a combination of synthetic Marijuana, his schizophrenia, and his sickle cell related health issues, despite the medical examiner for the case noting it had nothing to do with toxicology and the cause of death was strangulation.

    • @rayfish007
      @rayfish007 Месяц назад

      @@KekoaRecruit Sickle cell anemia is one of a group of inherited disorders known as sickle cell disease. It affects the shape of red blood cells, which carry oxygen to all parts of the body.
      Red blood cells are usually round and flexible, so they move easily through blood vessels. In sickle cell anemia, some red blood cells are shaped like sickles or crescent moons. These sickle cells also become rigid and sticky, which can slow or block blood flow.
      If one has slow blood flow, oxygen will not reach where it needs to go quick enough. If he was lacking oxygen and had issues from slow blood flow, objectively this would be and issue. The smoking of the synthetic mary jane could also thin the blood. The person doing the autopsy may just have a bad opinion because objectively one can see how this could add issues.

      @csyarid Месяц назад
