Note --- You can shield parry this boss side attack and counter back for pretty decent damage. You only have to dodge the attack when she slices down. (also honey chicken is better hp food for this fight) Ghjall material bombs are also a good way to deal with small adds she summons (and deals damage over time on boss). You can kite boss araund the pillar and kill seeker adds with demolisher much easier than pulling back and triggering boss to go underground. (Demolisher has a pretty decent block armor 52 - 78 if you cant switch to shield in time 96 - 144 or cant dodge) .....and yes, you can kill this boss naked and only with a demolisher if you bait her to entrance and kill her via wall ... (like dungeon mobs)
i forgot to kill a chicken thx for remanding. i dont want to cheese it with wall because its not that hard boss it just summons seekers thats her only best move :D
Hey, man, love the name :D Is this on normal difficulty? The wiki says her attacks deal from 400 to 450 dmg. You took a couple of clean hits, so even in full carapace armor, this should one-shot you. Soon I will fight her for the first time. I'm with fully upgraded carapace armor, but I am genuinely concerned I'll get one-shotted and lose skill points.
i dont remember does this game have have difficulty levels :D i think it hits 400 damage if you dont have anything to protect you if you have armor probably gonna take less damage so you will not gonna get one shot
I might try this in the future but yesterday I finally opened the door to the queen and the fight started immediately. I thought u would have to summon it first so I was not prepared. Luckily I had my portal set up so once all my arrows ran out, I went back home and got my potions and repaired my demolisher. I mainly used my bow and demolisher to defeat the queen. I used both fire arrows and needle arrows and I also have 100 bow skill which was good. Demolisher was used when I was in trouble and to kill broods and seekers. I would like to do pure melee one day as I like to kill each boss twice so I can keep the trophy in my house too. But now I am gonna sort all my items and house out ready for Ashland’s. Need to make chicken farm and gather resources and look for frost cave to get fenris armour.
Just tried her and died, ugh. It did that thing where i was in between her and a wall so i was inside her body and couldn't see or time anything and she got me. I normally use the Polearm in the Mistlands but even at level 35 it seems to do nothing to her, not like you're sword. I may have to switch weapon's. I seen some people Cheese her through the walls using that hammer but i don't wanna cheat. My only problem now is getting my things back. Wondering if i should try in my Padded Armor or go with nothing and try to get my stuff. Also you're weapon does that yellow damage, doesn't that mean its best against her? Great job bro, goodluck.
if there is other bugs around you probably cant take your equip you need to deal with them first and use bonemass to not get one shot. you can wear piercing resisting armor i dont remember its name and queen does huge piercing damage probably you die because of that attack. other than that i can only say gitgud :D
@@killthegods I'll try that, Root chest Armor is good for Piercing, I wore it some in the Plains with Padded Armor and it help alot with Deathsketos, I didn't know her main attacks was Piercing. Good thinking.
Qhats the best gear to have all round? Plus i use the black tower shield is that better to use than the caparace i know it has better block stats by alit but everyone seems to use the caparace shield
Ahh so I still need to find to more soldier trophies. Nevermind she just spawns in at first lmao I was not prepared I went in to explore the citadel and she spawned when I got towards the top 🤣. Oh well lesson learned.
Yeah, I thought you unlock the entrance doors then you had to summon her from inside because I seen so many videos where people were running around her Castle then summoned her, I unlocked the main doors and there she was lol. Guess if you beat her once then you have to summon her from inside. I wasn't ready myself. Thought I'd go in take a look around and clean out all things inside first but she was on me soon as I entered lol. Now I have to chance going back to get my stuff. Doubt a naked Ghost run would work id probably die a second time. My stats were nice until the Mistlands. Probably will ware my Padded Armor for awhile to increase my stats before going back... Or maybe just chance going back lol
I left one comment already. It seems alot easier on K&M. I know its easier using the Bow but on Controller going through your Inventory while in full Combat is very difficult, most of the time you pass what you're trying to use. Can't count how many times i used my Stamina instead of Health while in Combat. I definitely need to get my stats better, they were good untill the Mistlands lol. Great job! You got right in her face and took her out. Just wandering, around how many hours do you have in Valheim?
@@killthegods only 100 hours? Do you mean 1,000? I probably have at least 500 myself lol. I must really suck at this game. I had over 100 hrs in when I fought the Elder, 200 in when I fought Moder. Damn, i suck lol.
@@adamking4246 i rushed the game thats why only 100 hours my building is shit :D bosses are generaly easier than normal enemys because they have 2 3 attack pattern and pretty slow only exception is yagluth because it hits area effect and burn

parry counter attack multiplier doesnt apply to bosses :(

You can dodge by rolling TOWARDS the queen????
yep you can dodge most of the things in game even shamans poison attack :D

if you know parry caparace shield is better if you dont then tower shield is better

probably around 100 hours. hammer is your ally in this fight because that little bugs are very annoying to deal

Bile bombs or poison bombs works well on them
