    Looks tasty. I'm from Fiji but watching this from Mexico. I usually fry my onions 1st but will try your way. Have never cooked jungli chicken though

    I made this but my murgi turned out tough meat. How do I fix that?

      Great question, once you have tried it in all spices then add water and continue to cook until your chicken is cooked. This whole process depending on your chicken can sometimes take 45 mins to 1.5hours. My suggestion is every time you top up the water, check how far along is your meat

    I visited Fiji and all I saw in restaurants was fish and taro. This recipe looks completely Indian.
