After seeing GotG3, I appreciate the decision even more to have Rocket and Nebula survive the snap. They got to build a friendship over those 5 years, and it subtly shows in their final movie.
Yeah. You can see in the part where Nebula gets emotional after hearing his voice.
@JustSomeNoob yep, that's the part specifically that came to mind. She was very shaken (as was the whole team) when she saw the footage of what was done to Rocket but it was clear that they bonded during their time on Earth. She also got him Bucky's arm in the Christmas special.

Bradley Cooper doesn't get enough credit for voicing Rocket, such a good casting man.

Forcing Rocket to be the emotionally mature one in his pairing was a masterful decision

It's still so surreal to me seeing the Guardians, especially Rocket just... casually interacting with the Avengers
IKR!! it’s like the comics man! In their own way of course. But I’m 23 my dad had all the X-men comics and some avengers and Spider-Man comics and obviously a bunch more but just like seeing it all live action man I wish he was here to see it. Glad he birthed me the time he did. RIP To all the folks that may have passed before getting to watch endgame.

When I watched Endgame, I thought they had rocket simply as comic relief when the nerdier characters were doing researchy stuff, but if you look closely here, even with jokes he is still participating quite a bit in stuff only the most brilliant minds on earth are working on. That actually flows pretty well with gotg3

In Guardians VOl1 It was shown that Drax , Gamora , Starlord rocket and groot became a family.
And in endgame Rocket lost all of them
Gotg3 just made it even more heartbreaking after seeing what rocket lost before joining

He lost his friends and family for three times.
Lylla, Teefs, Floor, The first Groot, and Whole Guardians.
I’m really relieved he didn’t lost his family in GotG Vol.3.

anyone else notice rocket came up with the guardians uniform? the uniform he wears in endgame is basically the red n blue suits they all get later and have in the comics originally, which would imply rocket came up with the guardians uniform (especially considering the only other one who could've was nebula and she probably did not)
When you realized that Rocket has been stay longer as Avengers (5 years) more than Guardians (4 years)
but spend more time with guardians F2F because he been off and on earth for those 5 years
It's a sin to give him only 7 minutes od screentime. He deserves at least 30
To be fair, there were only like 3 characters who got more than 20 minutes of screen time in this film

I yesterday saw the 3rd movie. Not that great, but rocket being the focus was definitely the best thing theyve done in the trilogy.

I totally get why nebula cried in the new guardians, after the snap they only got each other.

Endgame is not enough. So many characters coming together but so little interaction .
I feel like all things considered it did pretty well though. It had 10 main characters and none of them felt unimportant.
1:23 I never realized the irony of Thor living in a Fjord. Fjords only exists in Scandinavia/Sweden and other countries in that region, which Midgard is based in. So basically Asgardeans came to Midgard after their realm was destroyed.
I REALLY hope James Gunn was serious when he said his idea for GOTG 3 would revolve around Rocket.

I like to think this is how the conversation actually went. Rocket implies that Captain Marvel gets a lot of haircuts, which she then retorts by saying she has a lot of territory to cover, i.e. a lot of hair that grows and needs to be cut, and this somehow answers Rocket's question.
Just take a second and think about this. Imagine you didn’t know any of these characters and you just see a giant green man and a talking raccoon chilling in a room with regular people
Rocket only having only 7 minutes of screentime in Endgame is a crime.
After GOTG 3 I just imagine how bad Rocket felt for losing his friends again, James Gunn really killed a part of me showing the story of our Raccon.
Rocket Raccoon is the most iconic, savage and funniest moments of my life; it's all thanks to Bradley Cooper, such a great actor.

Well, it is called "Avengers: Endgame". Technically, Rocket is not an Avenger.
But he did a lot in the movie:
He interacts with the mayority of the team except Captain America
He helps to build all the gadgets in this movie
He have funny but also reflexive lines as always
