House Flipper 2: Sunny Bungalow Part 3

Today I finish off the custom build on the lot that originally housed the Sunny Bungalow. As you'll see by the before and after pictures, the new house is quite different from the old one.
Oh, and hang around for not one but two visits from Matt and Merc! Remember... chocolate for Merc!
