Both houses are really nice. I love the wallpaper in the bathroom of the boat house. And I love the kitchen in the beach house. And the pool area under the house. CHOCOLATE FOR EVERYONE!!

If you turn the one extra bedroom into an office instead and then the other small room into either storage or a sauna, you will definitely get a different buyer. I like the other suggestions of the outdoor living and kitchen areas under the deck. Good luck. 🍫🍫🍫🍫 for everyone. Feel better.

If you put a double door in the hole and then sell them the walls will fill in and you can make a whole new living space.

You should put a hot tub under the house. Then add an “outdoor” living area with couches, a dining table, and a kitchen. You could also do a gym. You can put a swimming pool under the house as well.

This is really shaping up nicely. The outdoor shower doesn't need to be enclosed. You usually just use it to get the sand off yourself before going inside the house. The small room upstairs was a linen/storage closet. I like the book Nook that you made, though. 🍫 for Matt, Ali and Merc. You could give the second bedroom a bathroom, and then the Johnson family may not buy it. Under the deck, can you place a table and some barbecue things?

The sitting area looks great. Blue was the perfect choice. I'm glad you liked my suggestions. I like the desks separated.Put the lught switch for the attic next to or above the other switch at the top of the stairs leading to the ground floor. I like the paving stones, too. You could put a sauna in the garage. 🍫 for Merc and Ali. I think Merc needs 👓.

In the children's room, you can save space by having them share a desk. Definitely change the walls in the upstairs hallway/sitting area. Also, get rid of the carpet. Go with some solid light to mid gray and a bold pop of color (switch out the red for something else)with a piece of furniture or art. Attic....can you make that look like a hobby area on one side and kids hide away tent fort type thing on the other. 🍫 for our pals Merc and Ali.

I really like the floor plan of this house. The basement apartment is well done. That can be a difficult color combination to work with 👏. I really like how you worked a bathroom, too. I love the idea of a separate apartment in the detached building. Keep the rafters and windows, though. You may need a ladder or something to clean them, though. Keep the same style of siding in a medium brown hue. Have both buildings the same color. One could be horizontal, and the other could be vertical if you want them to be different. 😄 The reason why your game keeps crashing is bc you still have the crash report file from way back in Steam. Remove it by deleting those files.. Look for Steam files in the default directory for storing save files on a Windows system. Typically, you’ll find them in the Program Files (x86) folder. Specifically, they are located within the Steam directory, then under userdata. Every Steam user on the system has a separate folder in this location, identified by a unique User ID. if not sure how to find it type in your search bar next to the Windows -left bottom side, steam files and it will lead you..unless you already know where to look.

I really like the floral striped wallpaper. Also the white paper around the window looks perfect. Would it be possible to move the bathroom door from that bedroom to the hallway? Then all the rooms could access it. I don't know if the stairs are in the way. Thanks for the 🍫😊 right back at ya.

Your master bedroom suite needs a sitting area with chairs and possibly a TV or bookshelf instead of the extra wardrobes. Another thought I had...would you consider a bathroom on the second floor instead of three bedrooms. You can do your videos whichever way you feel like filming them. Do one each way. Here's an idea: The leaf room could definitely be a closet with your wardrobes in it for that bedroom. The entire third floor could be a master suite with a luxurious bathroom, double closets, etc.
