Most of those moose xing signs are for winter travelers when many animals come down from the mountains

Something to think about putting deer whistles on your truck it keeps the four legged animals out of your path as you drive down the road

Of all the going to Alaska videos I don't think I've seen that road into Taylor. It made my knees weak watching it, not sure I'd want to drive it LOL
There was no Canadian beer in this episode? :)
Btw, Dominos makes an amazing cheesesteak pizza!

is that a American thing of passing at lane drop merge lane? i bet the flat deck truck had to brake hard with your rig & towing Jeep cutting him off from the lane merge. what was the hurry to be infront of him. that 3rd axel is called a converter axel or dolly. the trucks you see are pulling two trailers. depending on the region your in the trailers can be two 53footers called a B-train or you can have 3 trailers but i think you need to be two 48 ft and 1 pup trailer. can do also 3 pups. they are called C trains. you need to know your length and weights numbers etc to be legal.

@@ronbirchard5262 I was wrong!!!! I had no idea it was a merge lane and felt really bad about it after the fact. Sorry it offended you.

Looking back, I wish we had stopped, lol. We’ll definitely have to make a return trip. Our minds were focused on our itinerary and getting to Fairbanks since we already had booked a campsite. We have no idea what road conditions would be like.
