This generation will never realize how funny urban comedies were with their raw energy. Most of the "urban comedies" now are written &/or directed by people who never spent a weekend in the hood.

I was lucky enough to watch the episodes when they originally aired. Laughed so hard at each one that it hurt. I still say ILC is the funniest show ever made, and it was stuff like this that made it golden. And no one got offended because they were equal-opportunity offensive. They savaged everyone: it didn't matter who you were because sooner or later they'd tear you apart too. It was a combination of good writing, a fantastic cast, and a willingness to go for the jugular. I miss it. Remembered every part of this excellent skit. Jamie Foxx’s mannerisms were hilarious. A ton of interaction from the audience and those great “Yo Mama” jokes.
Yes, particularly in the episode when Peg and Marcie went to a strip club where Marcie accidentally lost her wedding ring down a stripper's pants. Zorro (the stripper) came to the Bundys' house to return the ring. When Al answered the door, Zorro explained what happened and handed the ring to Al. When the camera cut to the lip curl, the audience went nuts with laughter, because you just knew "the hamster wheel of evil plotting" was spinning.
I swear I was laughing my head off watching this. Jamie Foxx versus Ed O'Neil for the Dirty Dozen Grandmaster title. When Ed said, "Who is this loser"? Oh, hell no! It was on!! They could had used other ways to insult each other instead of dishing their mothers!! Lol. It was still funny as hell. 😄
Jamie Foxx said this effected him because he didn't think Ed O'Neill was that damn good at the dozens he also said that this was the best skit he ever did they had to do 3x because they were laughing at each other 😂😂😂
This is the Single Best skit of the entire show IMO. With In Living Color and Married with Children both on Fox, it was awesome to see a cross promotion for 2 of the 3 good shows ( X-Files) on the Channel. The F'n 90's rocked!

Sadly not just that, but with how sensitive most of the new generation is, it's hard to be natural when you've gotta watch your step.
Jamie Foxx, Biz Markie AND Ed O'Neil? This sketch is full of legends!
Ha! I was wondering if that was Biz; wasn't quite sure 😄
Ain't no Ed O'Neil.
You mean T Dog Jenkins, Damien Fossball Franklin, and Al Bundy

They weren't ready for Ed O'Neill in character as Al Bundy. O'Neill as himself was savage enough.
Ridiculous
This is Old School THICK skin comedy. Sensitivity my @$$ 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ed O'Neil killed it. I remembered this from "92" and had to come look it up. It still kills!
