Hey guys, quick disclaimer/ FAQ: 1. I made this video when I was back in high school, so sorry for the terrible quality. It was captured straight from my PS4 and uploaded to RUclips without editing. 2. This is just a reference to TellTale's The Walking Dead. This does NOT mean that TLOU and TWD take place in the same universe. Just a cool little reference from one zombie game to another. 3. For those saying that this looks nothing like Clementine's house, that is because Naughty Dog cannot just copy her house 1:1 without permission from TellTale. That's why it looks slightly different. 4. Yes, Clem's house does have a pool! It has a pool cover in-game. 5. Thanks for watching this video. I can't believe that the algorithm would pick this video up over 6 years after it was uploaded! I appreciate all the comments and your feedback. I wish I could remake this video with better editing for you guys, but unfortunately I sold my PS4 a few months ago.

@@shadowspector3611 It's not unheard of for developers to ask permission for that kind of stuff to be in their games. A small little extra nod with that audio and some Joel dialogue is probably something TellTale wouldn't have been against if asked.
Then you start to realize even the characters have the same kind of story. Joel is the new father figure to Ellie and they're trying to go across the country to get Ellie to the fireflies, and Lee is the father figure to Clem and they're going across Georgia to get to Savannah and find Clem's parents (at least that's one reason, not the main reason)
Another I believe Easter Egg to Walking Dead. If you listen to the melody in Restless Spirits, a track from TLOU2, it sounds very similar to the Alive Inside theme from TWD (you know, basically Lee and Clementine’s theme).
Holy doodlesticks, I always thought this house looked familiar, but could never put my finger on it. Now that you say "Clementine"... I see it. Tbh, I always thought TLoU reminded me of TWD. Such as the father/daughter duo, the sewers, the kid running away because she got upset and so fourth. It's incredible.
Fun Fact: In the harder difficulties where ammo is scarce, you can just have Bill attack with his shotgun after leaving the church. It takes some time but it also helps you save what little ammo you have.
Honestly when I played this game and I was at this part I didn’t think to much it at first until I came across this video and I was like wow they referenced Clementine’s house From TWD TellTaleGames that’s awesome.great video
If you play on the idea that characters from different universes cross over but aren't the main characters, but background characters, sort of how Rick's story doesn't really play a part in Lee and Clementine's story, but they are all sort of main characters in their own stories, imagine if Clementine and Lee existed in The Last of Us universe. But of course they never met and ended up dying early on due to that (and because the LOU virus is so much deadlier in my opinion), which is why the story focuses on Joel and Ellie. That would be a cool concept playing on the concept of "you are only the main character of your own story and no one else's" sort of situation. This is such a neat easter egg, especially how we see how Clem's house rotted in the Definitive edition of Telltale's games.
If I'm not mistaken, it is the house that you'd find a little boy's diary if you go to the second floor. In the diary you can read about his story when everything started 20 years ago. He mentioned that school was closed, and his parents argued bitterly what to do. His dog slept with him that night and for once his father didn't forbid it. Before they were herded to a quarantine zone, his father released the dog and told him 'he should be free'. I haven't watched TWD. Is that diary somehow relevant to TWD story?
As far as I am aware, that has nothing to do with TWD games or show. The only similarity I see is that it is a little kid, just like Clementine. Although it is a cool little piece of in-game lore.
oh my GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! I've played this game 16 times and never even KNEW there was a small building back there!!!!! I've never been inside it!
