Take some of his verses from new songs and put them on top of older instrumentals, and you'll see eminems style is intact for the most part. Try taking "fall" and rap it over the who knew beat, it fits also.

I always used to be pissed at how The Eminem Show discarded this sound for a rock-rap album but I've cooled out over the years because I realised Em already made two albums with the same style that could be considered back to back albums, MMLP solidified the g-funk sound that Em's sound came to be known for and was unique to himself, I wasn't ready to hear aggressive rock from Eminem Show replacing the funky basslines, high-pitched strings and laidback guitars of the previous albums

Take some of his verses from new songs and put them on top of older instrumentals, and you'll see eminems style is intact for the most part. Try taking "fall" and rap it over the who knew beat, it fits also.

Also, his tone of voice got deeper, so that along with production gives the illusion that eminem completely changed.
