I read your post. I absolutely loved this video. I sent it to all 3 of my kids. My oldest just started college this week and instantly sent it to him. I told him to really listen to what is being said and then take your life and blast off. Thank you for being kind. This world is so out of control with chaos and profound selfishness. It hurts a lot everyday, but I tell myself just wait. Wait one more day. That helps me to not give up and end it all. I know this is just a season and one day I’ll be living my dream. That is the most beautiful feeling of aligning when you really grasp it. I had such an experience when riding my bike with the ocean right next to me. I cried from happiness. It came from the inside of my chest and i could not hold it back even it I wanted to. I felt such pure happiness and joy and tears rain down my face. We had to stop for a moment and I explained to my son that this was maybe little weird, but that I was crying because I was so, so happy. That i felt so happy it came out of me in tears. That day we played in the water and it was so joyful, it was golden. I am so thankful for the beauty of what it was. I hold it dear to me whenever I can. Thank you.

I didn’t find this video by accident, I am currently suffering massively from severe OCD and I honestly didn’t even know what to do with my life anymore. So I thought to myself that "maybe if I watch a motivational video on RUclips it can help me", so I searched up on RUclips the most motivational video ever and I came across this one. This is the first video that popped up for me. After I watched this video, i gained a new perception and mindset of life. I gained so much amazing motivation from seeing this video and for once in a very long time, I finally had the motivation to take action on my life, to make my dreams a reality, to keep living. I am very grateful that I came across this video and anyone else that is going through challenging moments in their life as well, know you are not alone, you are loved, and you will get through this.

In response to the very first statement of the video, want to bet? At 51 years old, I’ve spent the last 31 years of my life hospitalized, spending more time there than I did at home, undergoing 37 surgeries, thanks to Crohn’s disease, intestinal cancer, and crippling arthritis. I’ve had nine different intestinal diversions, both shoulders required rotator cuff decompression surgeries, both hands required carpal tunnel release surgeries, and I left with only 5% of my entire gastrointestinal tract. I was forced to quit my job and go on permanent long-term disability at the age of 46. It was difficult working being so sick all the time, but I loved my job, unfortunately, not being able to eat or sleep normally, disqualifies me from working any job. The only thing I have left is to share my story, to talk to people who have my diseases, and pray heaven I can help them in someway. When I was working I’m an x-ray technologist and a lab technologist, I love helping people. But you would never believe the struggle I was forced to endure for the past 31 years of my life, it can be so frustrating, depressing, disheartening, and painful, both physical and emotionally. So I can’t do whatever I want, I can’t be whatever I want, and I can’t have everything I want, and while I appreciate the sentiment of this video, please remember that there are some people who do have limitations, limitations that are being on their own control, just like mine. Many people will say that the only limitations we face are those that we placed upon ourselves, but that is not the case with some people, believe me I’ve tried and tried, only to get sicker and sicker, having four relapses of the cancer, having my intestines removed piece by piece, year-by-year, for three decades, it doesn’t exactly leave you with a lot of hope. But, that doesn’t mean I give up, although I am classified as completely and fully disabled for the rest of my life, I refuse to be bound by an abstraction. I try like hell to do as much as I possibly can, given the limitations placed upon me by fate, and by my doctors and surgeons. As for knowing who I am, I know exactly who and what IM, it took me years to come to terms with it, but I have, so like I said, the only thing I can do now is use the three decades of experiences I’ve learned, to help other people through their most difficult times. I reach out through the Internet, running three different sites, or webpages, to help support The millions of people in this world who have gone through at least some of what I’ve gone through, but I have yet to meet one single person that’s been through more than me, leaving me uniquely qualified to give my opinions to help people get through a seemingly impossible illness. I never thought I could write a book, but that’s exactly what I am going to try to do, and in it, I will incorporate every single experience, every single sleepless night, every surgery, every procedure, and every experience I’ve gone through, combined with my often unique and sometimes dark and twisted humor. I had nobody to help me through it, and when I was diagnosed the Internet didn’t exist yet, people today are so fortunate to have such a wonderful asset like the Internet. But even that can only take you so far, sometimes the only thing that really works is to talk to somebody who’s been through exactly the same thing, because you know that they understand completely, and exactly how you feel. In the age of technology we’ve left out the human connection, which is exactly why I want to write about my experiences and reach out to as many people as I possibly can. I don’t want Shane, granted, I would mitt that yes, I need the money, over 30 years of chronic illness working often on through it all, has left me financially bankrupt, and at times emotionally Baron, so I’ve made a promise to myself, if I can get this thing published, I am going to donate at least half of the proceeds to research towards my diseases, and try to develop support groups, places where people can go in person, or online, places that can help them get through the emotional and physical trauma of living with all those problems. I suppose only time will tell if it works, but Nothing is going to stop me from trying. I’ve always believed that everything happens for a reason, the good and the bad, and in that same spirit, I believe I was forced to endure all this, because the powers that be know I will talk about this, I’ll do anything possible to help other people get through this, it as God as my witness, that’s exactly what I plan to do.

I've been stuttering ever since the age of 5 years old. I'm 21 and I still stutter. I've finally decided after its been bothering me for so long, to get rid of it. I know I will this year. I had a sweet friend, who studded, I never said a word to him about it, like I never noticed it and the studdering gently went away.
Strangly every time we went home to visit his familie, he would studder again until we left.
When one time, we had left his familie, I told Him, what patteren I saw and he never studdered again, not even when we were together with the familie!
I don't know, if you can use this, it is just a life experiance of mine.
Perhaps, you should try not to care, that you (know you) studder, & pretened thats just the way it is (normal) for now. (Don't let it be a problem any more, may be it won,'t be) & pray to Jesus to help you.

Here is what you do. Get quiet, close your eyes, imagine yourself as a stutterer, surrender the thought, might make you cry, this brings up a lifetime of emotions, then visualize yourself laughing & so happy that you no longer stutter. Enjoy the feeling of being free to Express yourself without the stutter. This works, just keep visualizing yourself whole
When I first listened to this video... it’s almost as if God was speaking to me through this video... not only is this motivational, it is so encouraging when you are discouraged by everything in life... when I’m an down I listen to this video... I figured this is what He would say to me... to hear this is so encouraging... it helps me think about life... in a positive way. Especially with the song itself.. The mind is the fabric of the universe, trapped inside a biological body it turns into bodies slave.
You got to learn what mind is and how to use it to free yourself from these great illusions surrounding you.
For example, the body craves nicotine and the mind has no power to stop that unless your mind is stronger than your body's desires.
Watching videos like this keep me motivated to keep working out. To get up at 5:30 am every morning to work out for an hour before work, and to work out an hour when I get home. No matter how tired or worn out I get, motivational videos keep me going corny as that sounds. I've gone from 230 pounds down to 190 and still going.

I never realized how powerful this video was until now. As I look back, so much has changed and this video got me through some rough times. It inspired me to push myself and change my mindset and let go of fear and go all the way. I remember listening to it daily until it changed my emotions and I actually believed the words. We have to believe, feel and become everything we want ahead of the actual experience. It is visualizing daily, thinking about what we want and not what is going wrong. It can be difficult when the outer world is not expressing what we want but that is when you must keep trying. This is the mantra of a perfectionist. Many perfectionists are frozen and do absolutely nothing because the thing they want to do cannot be done with current resources, technology, time, etc. This is both a good and a bad thing, as any human trait can be used for either. I have lived that myself, but as I have aged I just do it anyway. This leads to projects never ending in completion. A lot of us don’t realize how important it is we really love ourselves... But trust me, try this: collect yourself, calm down your thoughts just a bit, poke yourself in the chest a couple times to get your own attention, and say to yourself “I love you, man.” And say back to yourself “I love you too.” A while back I was going through a tough mental/emotional time for a while where I just felt down and couldn’t figure out why, and I don’t know, we’ve all heard “love yourself” before and we just blow it off but when I did that the first time, I’m a pretty solid dude but I’ll keep it straight that made me tear up a little

I have to confess something. I watched this video like a year or two ago. And now I understand the true meaning of what the Conversations with God meant. I stopped being afraid. I stopped being nervous and I decided to seize life. And it kept working. I produced the biggest gain in stocks since I started in 2015. I taught people finance. I have a better lifestyle and a better car. I have an amazing job. And I’m graduating after a little over 2 and a half years of college work, getting my Bachelors.

In my 19 yrs of life's experience I have found out that we are best when we are at our worst part of life.
I suffered from 5th stage tuberculosis which involves 2 yrs of medication. The 2nd year of medication was the worst part of my life.. all the antibiotics had nearly broken my body, my joints used to pain a lot, my diet wasn't good either.
After medication was over I lost my sister to tb.
I was fkn depressed, I considered sucides many times cause I felt like a burden to people I loved. I was ashamed of letting down every one, my parents my coaching teacher(he had lot of expectation) my friends.
Looking back I realize how stupid I was. I realize everything happens for a Reason and that it just helpes you move in the right direction.
I have grown to become way more matured, and I respect life way more than I did. I realize that life is short and beautiful.
I am currently doing my engineering studies at a good institute. I am 19 yrs old. I live in India. I admit I still sometimes become lazy but get back on track real quick 😁.

Watching this will give you that warm fuzzy feeling inside you’ve been looking for, but it will only last however long this video is... and so you’ll go onto the next one. Watch this then and have this be the LAST MOTIVATIONAL video you will ever need. Just be. And be present. Because presence is all there is. No more intellectual analysis. No more procrastination. Just count down from 5 and do it. Simply because you can. The smallest things build mountains. Start now. And if you don’t. That’s okay, you just weren’t ready for this yet cause you’re trying to understand it. The truth is there’s nothing left for you to understand. Just know that it’s not the video that’s giving you this feeling or my words but your belief in them. The words are in you. Believe you can and do it. And keep doing it. Everybody listening this video to achieve something. But I'm listening to become a good person.
Three and a half years ago I watched it ...its not that it changes you but you are doing it yourself, you just needed a little push to do and realize that is all true. I had an impossible dream, big dream, wanted to do something I did know nothing about, today I'm there and still going forward with pace that I never expected to gain.

This video is great once you understand it. I was a high school dropout, i threw away my basketball potential. I lost it all. I was even homeless for a while. Now a bit more than 10 years later i dont even need to work anymore. Now i help people achive their potential. And i dont call it a job because its the best thing(for me)that you can do!

I was scrolling down wondering how long it would take before I found God being mentioned. Weighing this video, whose advice I had always followed and I was seeing the fruits of to a degree...until over night it was all taken away, long story but suffice to say during 8yrs of operations and recovery I decided to look deeply into the Bible, very deeply, not a quick read.
I now wish I had taken that look decades earlier. Be not of this world, life is all too short and eternity is forever!
