When did we become these sinking stones? When did we build this broken home? Holding each other like ransom notes Dropping our hearts to grip our brother's throat You can't see because you don't know You're caught below, beneath your own shadow Stuck inside, half alive Do you ever stop to ask yourself why? Close your mind, identify Do you feel, do you feel? Do you call this a life? All you waited for Drowning just to keep score We always start with good intentions But lose ourselves along the way This is the time that we let it go These are the words that will take us home Singing the song that's inside us all If we don't open our eyes we're walking blind Anchored in anger, we exile ourselves Bitter blood builds our prison cell Darker water now fills our lungs The depths of our heart have blacked the sun You can't see because you don't know You're caught below, beneath your own shadow Stuck inside, half alive Do you ever stop to ask yourself why? Close your mind, identify Do you feel, do you feel? Do you call this a life? So as I'm sitting there (mind I'm sitting smoking a cig on break, minding my own) apparently a few people could hear what I was listening to (this :D) and let them get in on it and they fell in love. I'm glad I could do my part to spread truly good music \m/
Everyday when driving to work, i listen to the radio and it makes me crazy hearing songs that don't even sound that good, but then THIS song came up today, and it was like a breath of fresh air man!!! This song rocks!!!
I have been closely following the music you guys play, here as of late. It's really the only thing that makes me roll over and get out of bed. Some would say I'm weak, but it takes a strong man to live life with a broken heart... As a personal request, I'd seriously like to meet you guys and shake your hands... The song "I'll be okay" has provided much of the strength that I have to get up daily... Life has not been easy this last twelve months.... 2015 is not the year for me.

+Nothing More just come back to dallas around christmas time lol. i was planning a trip to see my brother close to there and to possibly go see oh sleeper ^-^. but if you're not maybe there will or will not be another opportunity. cleans are still really neat. they sound bright ^-^. like a good virtuous bright =].
+Nothing More Hey, you guys really need to fire whoever is picking the songs that get sent to the radio, because "Mr MTV" and "Here's to the Heartache" both sucked balls.
Kick ass song. I had kept my radio in my car turned off for over a week. I pressed the power button, and this song literally started at the beginning. KUPD, you rock. I'm glad I turned it on yesterday.
I love how the channel is replying to comments xD It just makes this band seem a lot cooler. This is the only song by them I've herd, but I'll be looking for more!
Just saw them live yesterday at House of Blues when they were opening for Chevelle. Did not mind at all that they opened for an hour. That might also have been because the singer was shirtless, and boy did he look nice. Aside from that...erm...distraction, his falsetto vocals reminds me of Coheed and Cambria. The whole band has a lot of talent and performs with so much energy! I can't wait to look further into them.
I heard this song on the radio yesterday...called the station to find out who and what this song was. They told me it was a band called Nothing More & that, as luck would have it, they'd be playing with Chevelle in a couple weeks in my city. I am so pumped! You've gained a new fan :)
This is my favorite song by Nothing More. I just heard it on the radio and had to figure out who it was by. I'm very glad I found them by searching for a good while...it was worth it :) I will buy the first CD I see by them once they go global. A big up-rise
I heard the very last part of this song on the radio tonight and was like "WHO IS THIS?" Thank God the radio station puts up a playlist of the most recently played songs. I'm not usually into the mainstream bands, therefore I don't really listen to the radio. I'm glad I did tonight, though. You guys are awesome! :c)
I've been searching for this song for DAYS. I was listening to them on the radio and only had snippits of recorded parts to this song. Now I can add it to my playlist!!!
I heard this song on my way to Las Vegas with my boyfriend and we didn't know what band or song it was so we went searching for it on the radio media base. I'm glad we finally found it
Heard this song on the radio about a month ago, and I've just been obsessed ever since. Absolutely amazing music! Hoping to hear more amazing work like this in future songs and albums!
You guys are getting a metric shit-ton of radio time from TK101 where I live in Pensacola, FL. Every time I'm in the car with friends and this song comes on I'm like "Turn that shit up!". Big fan of you guys. I hope to see you fellas here soon!
The singing and melody in this song is PHENOMENAL!!! Almost brings a tear to my eye for some strange reason...ALMOST Fantastic song, you guys picked up a new fan!!!
Just heard this song on a station here in Athens, GA. I was trying to desperately cling on the the lyrics so I could look up the song when I got home. So glad I remembered! Brand new fan here!
Me and my girlfriend just came from the Knitting factory in Boise. We went to watch Lacuna Coil, but they were an awesome surprise. They had great energy and amazing music. They made a fan out of us heck we even got a guitar pick from them lol. My ears are still buzzing from that venue, it was a blast. Thanks for the performance Nothing More.
I usually ...don't like this kind of music .I mean I love heavy metal ..but the old stuff . This song .good stuff . Listen to it at least once a day . So glad I gave this song a chance on the radio . Good sound .
Nothing more is my favorite band, I heard my first song from you guys with my dad that I don't see often. I loved that moment, it meant more to me than a lot of things... Nothing more, keep up the the good work!
I bought the album this sing was on and the entire album is amazing! Their lyrical talent is insane. A couple of song have made me cry and that takes a lot! Love you guys! Saw you guys in Birmingham and it was quite a show! You guys really know what you are doing! Please keep it up! I support y'all 2000% :)
The tone and pacing is perfect. The crescendo immediately sets the mood for a thrashing, powerful experience. 10/10 stuck on repeat. Having thoughtful lyrics doesn't hurt either!
A local radio station very rarely plays this song. I heard it first there but they never say the band or song name. So I had to visit their "playlist" on their webpage and I'm glad I can now check out more of Nothing More's music!!! Love it!
Got lucky enough to see this Band of Brothers bout 5 or so years ago, at a magical place called Rockfest (R.I.P. ☹️) Totally blew my mind with the amount of effort these Young Men put forfth to simply entertain fellow people...
Saw these guys @ Mohegan Sun of CT- I don't think I've seen so much energy and effort put into a show before. I don't think I could have asked for a better beginning, it was just awe inspiring!
Saw them open for Chevelle in Houston back in April and they were amazing. Met them at the merch booth and they were really down to earth and seemed genuinely thankful for what they have.
When the guitars kick in for the chorus... I have this uncontrollable urge to roll my eyes in the back of my head and put forth the hand of rock in rapid succession! The build up of the harmonics combined with the lyrics is fantastic guys! Keep pumping out the music and let it speak for itself!
I don't listen to the radio much. I go to Pandora or Jango before Jango became gay. I stumbled across this on my pursuit of hearing something new and good by clicking though related videos. My surprise when I found this amazing band. This is grade A stuff. I never expected this, blew my mind
Im extremely saddened and mad that I haven’t heard this years ago when it was released, could’ve used this back then but im finding it now and it just may be the key now. Thank you for this great song

I'm pissed off at myself for just discovering this awesome band. I can't stop listening to everything they have. Keep up the good work
Heard this song on the radio and they didn't say the name. I've been looking for it for about a year now. So glad I found it.
I agree! I heard this song on the radio several years back and I tried to find it but after failing I gave up. Then today it came up on my Spotify playlist and I got so excited
How are these guys not on the same level as Linkin Park yet? This shit rocks!!!!
Let’s hope they don’t go the way of Linkin Park....
The only difference is these guys are 100 times better than Linkin Park.
Right????
@@chrisanderson1-66 uh no. Even as a Nothing More fan, they're not going to top Linkin Park and their groundbreaking sound
Please don't compare these guys to lp. This is on a far higher level..
Wow. Totally caught me off guard. Heard it on the radio here in San Diego. Consider me a new fan.
Stay classy San Diego!
Nothing More badass movie reference!!!
Dude! Seriously! So did I! I'm from San Diego and I have never heard of this band before. It's super good and I'm a new fan.
James Edmiston ROCK 105.3 ???

When did we become these sinking stones?
When did we build this broken home?
Holding each other like ransom notes
Dropping our hearts to grip our brother's throat
You can't see because you don't know
You're caught below, beneath your own shadow
Stuck inside, half alive
Do you ever stop to ask yourself why?
Close your mind, identify
Do you feel, do you feel?
Do you call this a life?
All you waited for
Drowning just to keep score
We always start with good intentions
But lose ourselves along the way
This is the time that we let it go
These are the words that will take us home
Singing the song that's inside us all
If we don't open our eyes we're walking blind
Anchored in anger, we exile ourselves
Bitter blood builds our prison cell
Darker water now fills our lungs
The depths of our heart have blacked the sun
You can't see because you don't know
You're caught below, beneath your own shadow
Stuck inside, half alive
Do you ever stop to ask yourself why?
Close your mind, identify
Do you feel, do you feel?
Do you call this a life?
All you waited for
Drowning just to keep score
We always start with good intentions
But lose ourselves along the way
This is the time that we let it go
These are the words that will take us home
Singing the song that's inside us all
If we don't open our eyes we're walking blind
Naked we come, naked we leave
Fools we are, to hold tightly
We are the jail, we are the key
We are free, we are free
This is the time that we let it go
These are the words that will take us home
Singing the song that's inside us all
If we just open our eyes
This is the time that we let it go
This is the pain we are forced to know
Singing the song that's inside
Inside us all, inside us all
Walking Blind

@@brooklynhatch9705 Sounds pretty metal to me. Almost a weird fusion of djent and hard rock.
The RANGE on this guy!!!
if you want range listen to type o negetive! that singer is crazy but unfortunately dead
William Sauser And YOU should check out Don't You Dare Forget the Sun by Get Scared. Sounds similar to this.
if you want range, listen to fair to midland or operator
HillBillyAsian Fair To Midland is one talented band. They bring an insane energy live.
I thought this was emarosa at first.
I must have listened to this 1000 times. You guys rock!!!!
Damn this song is only a few years old and its already giving me nostalgia. So much has changed in my life since this came out

Finally a worthwhile new rock song to listen too! I gave up on new rock 10 years ago. This is what I miss!
Saw them open for Chevelle in Houston back in April and they were amazing. Met them at the merch booth and they were really down to earth and seemed genuinely thankful for what they have.
Being that I feel there has been limited development in rock music over the last 10 years; I'm very happy to have found this song..
They play this song all the time on 96rock in Cincinnati! Best new band I've heard in a long time. Come to Cincy!
Same here Cincy boi!!!!

Has such a unique sound .. love it !! Can't wait to see you guys live.
Why am I just hearing this awesome music now? Where have you been a whole life!
Self-releasing obscure albums that nonetheless sound like something you'd hear on a typical rock radio station.
I don't listen to the radio much. I go to Pandora or Jango before Jango became gay. I stumbled across this on my pursuit of hearing something new and good by clicking though related videos. My surprise when I found this amazing band. This is grade A stuff. I never expected this, blew my mind
