Wow if only my first surgeon would have taken a minute to explain all of that. Not only was he was a “pick a size any size” kind of a dr. He didn’t properly coach me through the best profile for me either. I fearfully chose 225cc moderate profile😐. I had very little natural breast tissue to begin with so it was not a good implant for me at all. I ended up getting a second surgery a few years later with a different surgeon who advised an extra full profile in a much larger size. Thank you Dr. Toy! 🙏

i had a similar experience. i was an AA and i was too scared to go big because my surgeon stressed “natural” so hard. i went with a 325 cc and it was def too small for my frame and chest. they look fine but definitely getting a second one soon, probably more around 650cc
Thank you for sharing this. 34A here too. with a BWD of 11.5, i"m limited to 400cc XHP or 334 HP. So, I hear ya. Sounds like I'm petite like you and would benefit from the XHP. I hear 10% of the implant sits behind the muscle too, so it will look 10% smaller after it's implanted.

Hello i was a 32 B before i had my kid then afyer breastfedding and loosing alot of weigth, been up and down in my body suze i end up with very little breast left and some sag, i choose 1 set if silicone implants, 1 size bellow what the doctor said it will fill my breast, i wanted natural look and i dint want to have them in my way all the time, this doctor us very good in choosing size the only thing is they are in the frint of you breast so they will sag bi like you natural breast would need to wear a bra just like with you normal boobs, i dont mind cause it looks natural even when iam naked us been 18 years and i have the sane implants, i got them out 1 due to a mamogram misdiagnose me with rupture and it was something else the implants where fine the doctor remove the encapsulation and that made them a tad smaller best of luck.

And I think I look proportional with my body my underbust is 29” and my over bust is 34” but would this be too big on me? This was true when bras had very low to zero elastic content but is no longer needed due to the high elastic content. Is so difficult to find a video by a surgeon that doesn't recommend the plus three
My Dr did just that he measure my breast told me the sizes that were good for me and we went from that … I’m 1 week after surgery and I’m living what I feel I can’t see yet because they are all taped up plus I had arm liposuction so basically I’m looking like a mummy but so far I’m liking what I barely see and feel

I'm no doctor but I think you should wait, it can take a while for swelling to totally subside. Also if you do end up having a revision maybe going under the muscle would be better for you since over the muscle is a lot more in your face with nothing holding back the implant

I could have had them redone sooner tho. How many ccs did you get? I had no breast tissue and I got 225 medium profile. I still had to wear padded bras. I think if I would have gotten min 300 high profile I would have been happy enough and wouldn’t have had them redone.. Second time I got 495 X high p but now I can’t wear certain things because they look too big. I would recommend high vs extra high if you don’t have a lot of natural tissue. They don’t look right in my opinion and they are still too firm to the touch and They are 2 1/2yrs old! I think 400 high profile and would have been perfect. Get your dr to measure you and pick a high profile to fit that space! That’s the best way to choose.
Maybe try smaller cause you can always edit: up-size. Went from 32A to 34C during pregnancy and breastfeeding. "Deflated" to 34B and it's honestly gorgeous. Do you, but smaller size might be worth considering (sagging sucks)

What about in the situation of extreme weight loss? So would a bigger implant be alright if the womens breast was already a triple d before weight loss and is now a B cup, would a 450cc implant be pushing it? Hi Dr. Hall, I had a gummy bear 460 cc 10 years ago, placed subglandular. At first they looked really natural, but are too large for my taste. Now 10 years later, I found there are capsular contracture or other reason, now my breasts sag ( the nipples position sagged down to just 2 cm above the breast fold, so now my nipples look downward facing, and they're positioned at 2/3 down the shape of my implants. I'm planning on exchanging a much smaller ones, around 350cc, will my breasts look too saggy, or I would have to exchange a size larger and closer to 460cc? Also, do you suggest in my case, this would be my 3rd breast operation ( my first time were placed completely under the muscles and I had grade 3 capsular contracture), should I get dual plane or sub facia, or sub glandular? So I am a transgender who had their breasts done about 10 years ago. Before, I had my testicular sac distended and expanded to prep for saline implants in 2004 and had 2 60cc implants added to my testicular sac after I had both testicles removed. Shortly after I had silicone breast implantsdone. Since both are due for an update, I'm thinking of going silicone all the way, but it's an issue for the sac implants. I've heard of intraanal testicular implantation. An incision in made in the anus that leads directly unto the sac, and can be stretched( and my anus is already very large) to allow silicone implants. I'd like yo to get to 90cc if possible. Is this something your officer offers?

450cc is normal is not a big size so it won’t do any damage ether if you had a flat chest

So I am a transgender who had their breasts done about 10 years ago. Before, I had my testicular sac distended and expanded to prep for saline implants in 2004 and had 2 60cc implants added to my testicular sac after I had both testicles removed. Shortly after I had silicone breast implantsdone. Since both are due for an update, I'm thinking of going silicone all the way, but it's an issue for the sac implants. I've heard of intraanal testicular implantation. An incision in made in the anus that leads directly unto the sac, and can be stretched( and my anus is already very large) to allow silicone implants. I'd like yo to get to 90cc if possible. Is this something your officer offers?
