What do you recommend for women that have had a mastectomy?
I had 40 teardrops, and they l9ok so real and perfect than I went up to 600 moderate plus, and I hate them because they are so huge. The higher profiles look too big

You really do not answer the question you pose, "Do I need a high-profile implant?" A couple of examples would have been extremely helpful to answer your question. You only talked about high-profile implants. Try again.

High profile looks fake.. moderate plus profile looks natural!
We agree with you Coco- but sometimes even we are surprised at how natural High profile can look in some people's chests. That why it is SO IMPORTANT to try on implants with your doc and find what looks best in your body to achieve your goals. Good luck to you! - L & L
