This was so good‼️‼️ I added , as well as the normal recipe shown , Vegemite (im Aussie Ofc) , sweet soy sauce , a hint of chilli , dash of garlic powder and I used canola oil instead of cooking oil cos thats all I had ,fried onion instead (delicious) , no msg (heartburn) , OH also added some seasoning oil , (used mi goreng packet noodles instead btw because i didnt have any other at home ) , added some paxket seasoning And omg when i tell u i wanna make this forever
I always think the meal would be better warm, since rinsing the noodles in cold water. Is Chow Mein or most of Chinese noodle dishes supposed to be eaten with cold noodles?

I made this today and it does not taste like Chinese restaurants chow mein. It has a strong soy sauce flavor and barely gives color. I used Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce and isn’t slimy/thick as yours. Any clue?

Totally stressed out about when to add the cooking wine for what the roasted sesame oil is. It's a crazy how huge the bag of MSG is at the store, it looks like something that deserves prison time.
If ur indian then this is not anything fancy at all its a simple and common recipe of chowmein in india .. In india u will get this anywhere on the road from fast food trucks or stalls so ya .. lol but it surely is very delicious ..
