Thanks for posting this, I did some research a month ago before a 10 day trip and missed them. They look great so I'll check them out before the next trip 😊
For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the kislux as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.
Hi Brian, the purpose of the bright orange interiors is to make it easier to find items inside your bags at night. Also, the Kwik Klip BDR bag mount will allow your bag to lean over if the weight in your bag is not centered over the rear rack.
Love this set and the small triangle frame bag will be excellent for putting my house keys in as I can never find them in my big bag when I get home. Loving the London hat!
The flat tire kit goes in the triangle bag. The battery for the hidden electric motor goes in the front bag. The pop-up camping tent fits into the rear bag. Your pet snake goes in the frame bag.You might have to fold him.
Those loops are called molle (military acronym for Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) loops and there are a whole of stuff that are designed to attach to them.
Vincita is such a cool brand and good value. Company is from Thailand. I have the huge Vincita connected panniers for my commuter bike and they're wonderful. Thanks for the preview, Brian. Orange interior is so you can find things...love the included organizer bag.
Frame bag will be good for the tools that are missing from the Brompton toolkit (I have chain breaker, open ended spanner, spoke key, spare links, TipTop patches, Pedro’s tyre levers), or maybe a good place for a small medkit
follow up: bought the bag, have those things in it but did not have room for medkit (was a ziplock bag with a couple big plasters and a couple sterile wipes, nothing fancy). Also could not fit tiptop box in so they are loose in there. Most space is taken up with awkward shape of chain breaker so maybe can solve that with a smaller one. These items were in a saddle bag before. Bag looks really good and doing a good job.
Great Video. The Bags seem very functional - I like the idea having the Backpack on the rack - one can shoulder the bag and roll the brompton around. All their products seem to be thought through nicely. I only have the small nash from them, and I like its quality. The uniklip is from a german company, which one can buy by itself. The bright inner lining helps one spot things inside the bag and makes it obvious if the bag is not closed. too bad I have too many bags :D
Hi Brian, I have been dead set against getting a 16 inch bike & had decided to go with a 20 incher but after seeing the Vincita bags for Bromptons, I've had a change of mind. What an amazing well thought out set up they have, especially the Sightseer Travel Set. I'm probably still not going to buy a Brompton as I find their mechanicals archaic & outdated. I will probably buy one of the higher end clones such as the Cranston or Ruhm. Thailand trip coming up & Vincita is based out of Bangkok. :) Cheers,, Glen
Thanks for the video. Those extra bags are packing cubes - to help you organize your clothing or other items. Also the orange interior helps you see what you have inside; it is difficult to locate small things when the interior is a dark color. I look forward to your video with the bags fully loaded!
Really cool setup! I have one of those triangle bags (from a different brand) It's good for a spare tube and some tools. I even have a mini pump that just about fits in there! One thing I would've liked to see is how it folds. It looks like the frame bag and the front bag might get in the way of each other.
I wanted this back bag to be perfect but it's so sooo badly though out. I don't know any other backpack where you can't access main compartment straight away. Also if it's a brompton oriented bag - they should've made it top-access. The top holding to the seat should be strong rubber material, not flimsy lock. So many opportunities missed here.
Those bags look decent. Better than the official brompton ones. Ive used the official brompton rack bag and it can flop about a bit but not usually a problem. Heel strike is an issue though, but i suspect it won't be with these as its more of an upright orientation. Lots of folk strap rucksacks to the rack in that manner and it seems to work fine. Damn it - more stuff to spend money on!
I’ll find out. It’s not much I can tell you that. I was planning to buy a scale anyway to help keep my loads under the max loaded weight of the Brompton…
Thanks. The BDR bag looks interesting. I note that the Vincita website says that the bag is not compatible with the the P rack. Important to note for many I suspect
Great review !! Nice that its a special setup for Brompton. Looks realy good and usefull. I am using the setup like 'The Brompton Traveler' has and sometimes the Cyclone biketrailer, but this setup is maybe better. The frontbag I will for sure check out. About the rearbag, I am wondering how the rearbag would handle if its loaded. Does it wobble ?
Seems like you have the only review online about the bdr bag. How is the padding? I'm thinking about using it to carry my laptop and other stuff for work. Can't really tell from the pictures on the website if there's enough padding to protect something like that or if the bag is just for clothes/tents/etc.
Another great Brompton based video. How are you getting on with that Brooks saddle? I remember you contemplating buying it in the grim Covid times. I have 4 C17 saddle’s and love them. Not so keen on the carved version though.
What gearing do you use? It must get heavy with all those bags and hard to cycle the Brompton. I converted my Brompton to electric using the switch and recently started using a rack bag and front bag on it, and my god the bike is slow when the battery is dead. I also have reduced gearing 44t for hills, but with the battery its fine i get 17mph, but when its dead, if it weren’t for the 44t i would not be able to get home, shits heavy!
I was wondering about that. Annoying! Have you found any rear rack bags that fit on the p line rack (apart from the rather small standard Brompton one)?
Your S6R is now called: C-Line Explore Low. C-Line = steel, Explore = 6 speed, Low = S-bars. (Mid = M-bars & High = H-bars). I prefer the old name structure. Brompton used to say that the S-bars were incompatible with the T-bag (Cordura 1000D), due to handlebar & brake lever interference (as you stated), however a way around that is to hacksaw off the handle from the frame, then use paracord to create a soft handle tied in place (as this is soft and pliable vs the hard rigid plastic).
It all looks great but tbh at the price they're at and the claim it's for touring, the fact it's not waterproof means it's all a bit pointless. Raincovers are fine but if you have them instead of the waterproof back they you have them in the bag taking up room.
“Meat waffle”? Is that an original Brianism or do Denverites use that term regularly? I found that term amusing and really didn’t pay much attention to the rest of the review.
Great reviews of the bags. They certainly look very professional, well thought out and the whole touring package looks excellent 👏

Cool bags. Can’t wait for day 7. Happy you announced it 👍
Day 7 is the last day. Then I will do a recap video after talking about the trip and how the bike did.
The yellow inside makes it easier to find stuff inside the bag 😊
kislux I love you so much and watching your videos makes my day brighter
Hi Brian. Have you considered strapping the top of the BDR to the saddle rails rather than the seat post? To mitigate lateral shifting?
Hi Brian, the purpose of the bright orange interiors is to make it easier to find items inside your bags at night. Also, the Kwik Klip BDR bag mount will allow your bag to lean over if the weight in your bag is not centered over the rear rack.
My mom bought one kislux and she loves it. It had been there for over 10 years when she went out with it.
Love this set and the small triangle frame bag will be excellent for putting my house keys in as I can never find them in my big bag when I get home.
Loving the London hat!

Ok, I was wondering where to put the pet snake🤔. Makes sense now.😃👍
Pretty sure you can fit the pet snake in the frame…
Sound bags and agree look smart on the bike.Lookin forward to the next video.

I saw this 7 minutes after you posted it... But I had to pass out so hard... home from work the following night now and finally watching it.
Bags look ace. Cannot wait to see you test them.👍
That rack bag is amazing!
Yes it does…. I like it.
Nice one Brian - happy and safe touring
Boomerang bag. The small one, for tools or an inner tube. The orange color is to find small items easier.
Nice intro video bike montage. Good bag review. getting close to maybe getting a brompton.
Tis a fine looking bike.

Thanks for this review! Looking forward to hearing whether that bag is wobbly or not :)
Cool video, Brian. I like the idea of a bike bag that you can turn into a backpack/daybag.
Great Video. The Bags seem very functional - I like the idea having the Backpack on the rack - one can shoulder the bag and roll the brompton around. All their products seem to be thought through nicely. I only have the small nash from them, and I like its quality.

too bad I have too many bags :D
Nice new bags! Looks more functional (and cheaper) than the official ones. I have the little triangle bag and put my lights and multitool in it
Good idea, I might keep a spare tube in the triangle bag.

Ahhh, I see. Thanks for the info, and thanks for watching.😃
Nice review mate. Thanks

Fantastic bags they’re all very useful and they are easy to carry and use.😎❤️🚴♂️👏👏👏👏❤️🇨🇦HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY
They look like they will be super useful…. And thank you. 💥👍
That might fit my od gear, thnx for infovid 👍
You’re welcome.

You rock Brian I love your life your bike and gear is badass I wanna get this for mine
Like the new biking cap🤙🏾
I like it too…. It fits my big fat head better than my other caps😁
Nice bags, can I ask a question. what is the combined weight of the 3 bags empty.
Thanks for posting the video.
Good review. I'm considering the rear bag as \i'm tired of bungees and backpack which is inconvenient for trains and buses.

Hi. I always wanted low triangle bag for my inner tubes, patches, and mini pump 🙀
Hi Brian 🙋♀️ Can you do a review on the Zizzo Campo Folding Bike & Thank you!
Brooklyn NY time: 6:41pm
Another great Brompton based video. How are you getting on with that Brooks saddle? I remember you contemplating buying it in the grim Covid times. I have 4 C17 saddle’s and love them. Not so keen on the carved version though.
Would you know if the front bag is compatible with an electric Brompton?
How did you get those camera angles? Was someone riding with you?
Nope, I am a one man band😁👍. I use a variety of cameras like 360 and flying cameras.
hi,brain, the B.D.R bag also feet at pline rack,i saw official website said no,but u brompton is pline,so just wondering to ask u,thx😅

Unfortunately it seems that the BDR isn’t compatible with the P-Line rack 😢
I was wondering about that. Annoying!

The bright orange 🍊 is so u can see you belongings clearly
Ahh…. I thought it was to blind you😁
So is this your new bike then Bri ??

😃
doritos bag for a spare tube, patches, and 1 dollar bill:)
Looks like you’re ready for the next adventure. At least carrying your stuff.
Hopefully. So far so good😊
I thought this was going to be a travel bag for the bike
Depending on how you look at it, it kind of is.🤷♂️
“Meat waffle”? Is that an original Brianism or do Denverites use that term regularly? I found that term amusing and really didn’t pay much attention to the rest of the review.
Compacity
You are the only one that noticed I can’t say that word correctly😣. I have a speech problem that doesn’t allow me to enunciate some words correctly.
@@ibikeunfolded I am going to start using that word myself. Your videos are great. I appreciate you.
