They need to bring back the quilted designo interior/upholstery on the gls. I dont need an AMG, but looks like Ill have to get one. Cant have a Mercedes without a quilted interior.

Looks really comfortable on the interior! Only thing with the tan color is that it looks like it gets dirty easy.

Eh. I’ve rode in both. My GLS 450 is an entire different level of luxury. I also wanted to be able to fit six or seven full grown adults in it at once in luxurious comfort. That leaves very few options for the third row.
Yikes. Just went to watch a review of the elite trim Pilot. All that plastic and other hard touch materials.
Features don’t make the vehicle. Not saying the Pilot is a bad vehicle, but it wasn’t even cross-shopped when I got my Wagen.
@@MatlockMotoplastic is another story, but Honda Pilot’s suspension and mechanical impressions are leagues behind my GLS, it feels proper for its price, which is cheap

A USED vehicle at 96k it’s just laughable. Mine is coming at 89k OTD, with 0 assist BS packages that does Not help in any way or form other than distract you from the road.
Power sunshades, extra air bags on 2nd row, acoustic comfort package and NO AMG 21" rims will make your GLS a comfortable and elegant family vehicle 🚗. ✌🏼
Tbh, it is too much money for a very boring-looking car. It doesn't catch any attention.
