The why isn't "cuz you'll get your windows broken", The why is, explaining water flow rate, how much water is used or needed on average per minute. How having to go through our around a car can affect that and reduce the time firefighters can have the water they beef need. I'm no firefighter but even breaking the window and going thru that i see kinks in the hose that affect flow, like even that's not ideal
