I actually made the video after dealing with a coworker that does all of this hahahaha. Having done it all myself at one point I never realized how toxic I was till I lost friends lol. When I see other people do it now…it’s just pathetic. It’s one thing if you’re an immature teen or a 20 something, but if you don’t grow out of that by your 30s…you have a sad existence lol
I I have watched this video like 15 times.. to make sure i have it engrained in my brain…. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THESE VIDEOS …. I would like to know about the NEW PAY RAISE.
I would like to add to get like an small voice recorder as well. Other than that every point was straight on other than to not really argue with an supervisor and if you have to, try to go above them or to get another supervisor to contact their boss on that one.
You have to be careful with the voice recorder due State wiretap laws. If you live in a single party consent State then you still have to address the "reasonable expectation of privacy" prong.
