What settings do you use? Are there any other tips you would like to know? Let us know in the comments below! 🛴SEE NAMI BURN-E 2 🛴 : geni.us/AbeVr7Q?track=yt
One tip is to set all the lower settings startup speed of the motors to 5. Without this as default the lower modes start painfully slow which does not have to be the case at all. Motor Power settings remain the same. Additionally I use maximum ebrakes that is compared to other Scooters only "medium" in strength anyway.
I don't think the adjustment red knob of the suspension is labled backwards. It is the rebound and can be adjusted FAST or SLOW. It is not firm or soft ;-)
The adjustment knobs aren't labeled incorrectly. F means open valve for Fast rebound (not firm) and S means closed valve for Slow rebound (not soft). Good tips otherwise!
You're right. I've been mountain biking for a long time, and that's exactly it. By turning the red button to the right, we feel the button become firmer, and we see the button go inward to close the valve.
as much as i love dualtron, i cannot deny i keep watching Nami reviews since the V1 its getting me interested because of the water resistance IP55 rating, which means i will need not to worry using it on any weather conditions , Nami would be bad ass if will use a squarewave controllers, the humming sound on a dualtron when i pull the throttle is so addictive to my ears , i wish Nami will have dat bad ass iconic sounds too
With the iron-Air you just need a philips screw driver and one hex key( I use a micro allen key with both ends as a screw driver for short range rides :-) 👍
Double check tire pressure. Do you have a steering damper? If the resistance is set too high then the scooter will wander back and forth slowly as you try to go straight. Try the minimum damping setting and then only use more if you feel speed wobble. -Paul
Why not mount the steering damper the "wrong" way? Is there really any difference? It protrudes less this way and is maybe a tad safer in case you collide with somebody..
Testing these settings, getting vibration worstening 50km/hr plus, it's there at 30km but not bad which seems to be wheel balancing, still on stock tyres 28Ah Version 2. Heading to a tyre shop tomorrow (cars) but as the wheel can't be balanced as you'd do a car looking for tips.
I had the same problem with my nami burn e I could feel and hear a rattle that sounded like it was the motor balance or the stem and voila lol unscrewed the stem messed with the grub nut that holds stem tightened that a bit and tightened the 2 bolts jyst tight enough where the stem connects and its near rock solid ..massive improvement oh and 760 mm handlebars helps to
How does the big dog like this scooter compared to wolf king gt? :D Specifically, for tall riders, which of the two does he feel more comfortable riding?
Idk if my knobs are backwards or not. I can't notice any significant difference no matter which way I go. Maybe a bit of different speed on the rebound, but they feel identical when I compress then. Only adjusting the preload changes firmness. I don't think the guy in the video knows quite what he's talking about, because I don't think the knobs are meant to have anything to do with firmness, but rather rebound speed. My issue is that I'm just trying to make mine ride better, and I don't know know the settings for that without testing every position on like a 20 minute ride, which I don't have to to do. I don't know what surfaces need more/less preload, and what firmer/softer rebound pressure and speed actually effect. I know mine sucks ass over bumps and gravel, though, and I literally avoid anything like that because it's that crappy.
Putting my weight on it, I don't see any difference at all from all the way to one side or the other. The shocks compress exactly the same amount either way. When riding on gravel, I can bottom out the dials to either side, and MAYBE there is some difference, but not enough to consistently feel it and actually tell. It's feels like ass on gravel either way, like the scooter always wants to kick out to the side like the rear is sliding around.
Would anyone be so kind to inform of TWO questions. 1: if I can adjust the height of the handle bars. I am new to the scooter world. I did not watch the whole video, sorry. I am 5'8 tall 160 pounds. Can I lower or raise the bars. 2: what are the security features besides having a portable lock? Alarm system? Locking the tires from rotating? GPS tracker?
i have both, 35ah and 32ah version, and something strange happens with the 32ah one it has only 20 kilometers, and no matter how i adjust the suspension, i can not make it softy (slow rebound) any reference?
How do you like it? Are you a tall rider by chance? I'm 6'4" and mainly considering it because of the range and handlebar height for taller riders. Concerned about the super speed though. @@gorgeousj206
@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Yup, it's not related to do the damper though. It's the suspension geometry, as other Nami riders I ride with don't have wheel hop.

Hi Paul!!🙋 Why nobody says anything at their reviews (and you) about the motors on New Nami 2....??? 🤔 Did they get bigger the motor magnets or they just changed the outside for better cooling....?? How much cm are the magnets...?? 6 cm or 6.5 cm.....???🤷
Thanks for the heads up. I haven't heard of any significant changes to the motors, but will see what I can find out. Unfortunately I probably won't have time to take them apart to compare visually (we have an original 35Ah BURN-E, the BURN-E 2 and the 2 MAX on hand). -Paul

F=FAST not FIRM, same with S= SLOW not SOFT. But what I know 😉 ✌🏼

I'd just had my Nami E Max for week. What suspension settings would you recommend for me. I weigh 285 and ridding on urban roads??

Should I adjust the rear sprint? What would it change in terms of handling

Can I use this setup guide for Nami Klima? The Klima comes default with front preload of 4 threads and rear preload of 6 threads. Thxs!
Might be slightly off honestly!
I noticed that front springs are 1300 lbs/in and rear are 1200 lbs/in. I have the Klima Max if that makes a difference.
