Ethics, Morality and Value.we have three concepts. We find difference between these concepts. Ethics is a branch of Philosophy but morality is not. Ethics deals with moral principles. For examples, utilitarianism, Deontological and virtue theory etc. But,in morality, we do not find any theories. It gives judgement over our actions.

That is because you are not just an individual pursuing your moral canons, you are also a member of the society or organization in which you live or where you work. If you are too much wedded to either, you can be in a fix. That's why life is a tough calling.
