Women, who are often the sole subjects of scrutiny and criticism, are adults and people should learn to respect them and their decisions. People should absolutely mind their business. With the cost of living and the general state of things in the world today, you'd think we all have bigger fish to fry.
@RocketRoketto Is that right? Then, tell that to the fathers of those children who wanted to keep them. Tell them their child doesn't get to live because a selfish 304 didn't want responsibility and didn't have the brains to protect against pregnancy in the first place.

As someone who vehemently opposes religion (I despise it), it may not be immediately apparent to some, but when religious convictions lead to extremism-whether through imposing rules or laws that force the public or specific groups to conform to those beliefs, even if those behaviors are not illegal, or committing heinous moral crimes against others-it exemplifies the depravity of religion that makes me absolutely hate it. I couldn’t help but express my immense agitation, as what that woman did in the first episode truly infuriated me.
This is also applicable to any sort of mindset that instills certain behaviors or expectations of behavior on others. This is just as relevant for political ideology as well, as well as culture. And what you're describing is definitely a universal problem with such ideologies: Extremism. Extremism of any sort, religious or political, is dangerous. It convinces people that what they're doing is right, their opposition wrong, and that "truth" is enough to justify more and more greatly disastrous or inhumane acts. Try Communism. At the emotional level, it's an ideology an pushes certain behaviors and values of equality, but when it inevitably becomes used by extremists, you have the Red Terrors, where communists massacred their own people because they did not believe in what they did. "A threat to the revolution" was enough justification for communists to pull the triggers to the backs of the heads of men, women, even kids. Just had to say it, because your descriptions of your reasons for hating religion are just as applicable to political and other forms of ideologies too. Extremism is the true danger, because it takes good ideologies and turns it into a justification to enact violence

I came up with my own villain based on the anti abortion related crimes. I call him "Life Punisher". He was just a regular college guy until he got his girlfriend pregnant. He was happy and wanted to keep the baby, but wanted to terminate it to continue her studies. He begged her not to until he caved in and let her, and the guilt and pain of him losing the chance to be a father darkened his heart until he finally snaps and kills. After that he continues doing it, becoming Life Punisher. He gets a job as a janitor at a clinic cause it's the last place anyone would look and where he can find targets, then he follows them and kills the women and their partners for allowing them to "kill" their unborn child, and occasionally blow up other clinics with everyone inside. All to scare people from ever getting one. Been thinking of making a horror comic with him.
if i remmenber the episode correctly, the guy is not realy what he says, he just converted after deciding to kill the teacher, because he though he could use religion as a excuse, hes basically playing a role.
The second clip is so bizarre because the historical accounts of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad from authentic hadiths and the biography of Muhammad, as well as 1400 years of history show that the American revert to Islam had an accurate analysis of his religion, so the character's line about American intolerance is so accurate though strangely used to portray him as insane. He's not insane, the episode is basically Islamophobic gaslighting. Then the psychologist attempts to analyse him but it's a known fact that psychological conclusions are overly represented by a demographic called WEIRD basically upper class white western Europeans, so how would she accurately analyse his religion when it is from the Early Medieval in Arabia and she had probably never studied it to have the right context as to the possibility that the guy is simply following his religion accurately? The point of religion is just to have a relationship with a supernatural entity. Not all religions have the same objective. Accept it.
You'd have to watch the whole episode. The guy was using religion as an excuse for essentially being an incel. The girl at the end "dated" him but if I remember right, he wasn't able to perform in the bedroom. When that happened to him, it sent him into a spiral, and rather than turning to religion as a solace, he adopted a radical form of religion to justify his own hatred of the women who wronged him, which eventually snowballed into what happened. I agree that there were some pretty xenophobic aspects of the episode, but in the end, he was just an incel, who was angry at women, who also happened to be Muslim, but they make a big deal out of his religion, because he himself makes such a big deal about his religion.
