Great video lesson. Your breakdown and pacing especially on a song like this, my fingers may never forgive me. Chuck Raineys bass lines are perfect against Deans guitar.
This video deserves more likes. Such a good tune, and not easy to work out the right voicings. Even Rick Beato with his great ears hasn't nailed it. It's the quintessential Steely Dan sound - cool, somewhere between soft rock and jazz, but using chord forms that neither genre typically use. I'm looking forward to the solo video. Do you have a link to the Dean Parks video?
