I’m saying dancers who do harder choreos are everywhere and y’all are crying over them being gone when they’re still there. You can go watch them yourself. People are having fun with what they watch, you go have fun with what you watch.
Also, the tiktok dancers are real dancers…since they DANCE. That’s like saying every style you dislike or if someone doesn’t do something that takes waaay longer to learn makes them not dancers.
Especially Bc it’s easier for them to make $ from it too, so they can be professional social media dancers. Different from a dancer that may get on stage with a big artist.

@@j.m251 that’s what the video is saying: even if professional dancers post their videos online, they don’t get recognition. However, people that does those simple dance movements get way more views. And just because you can “dance” doesn’t mean you’re a real dancer. I’m not a real dancer, but I can still dance to choreography of any genre of dances. And I bet you that these simple dances posted on tiktok that get so many views, anybody can do that within several practices unlike real dances that takes few weeks or so. And for those trendy dance challenges, most of them are from people that aren’t even real dancers. I can learn those dances within an hour, however, doing a full on dances, especially to a full music, it takes me few days to a week to learn. So the video did flew over your head. So like I said: the real professional dancers doesn’t get the recognition they deserve because of those tiktok dances. And I’m not hating on tiktok dances, they’re nice tbf, but it’s nothing compared to professional dances. That’s why most of the dances challenges are so simple.
@@eodumx that’s not a reason to cry or hate or care. I didn’t fly (not flew) over my head what it meant, but I don’t see why it matters. People go to look up what they want. Of course on tiktok the tiktok dances that encourage everyone to join in will get more views…that’s a no brainer. They (people who have harder choreos) can still get recognition there & they get recognition elsewhere (RUclips, irl where they get to perform more etc.)

The reason why social media dancers are popular is because they do dances people can learn. Watching people do amazing things is cool, but trying them yourself is fun. Plus it makes you watch the same 45 seconds 60 times.
