After their Hits album and Black and Blue they had a short hiatus (about 3 years) for AJs rehab...since then they have released Never Gone in 2003 or 2004 and have been constantly producing music and touring. They have never disbanded..closest thing was Kevin leaving and they still produced 2 albums with him gone

We had michael jackson, bsb, nsync, spice girls, Britney Spears, eminem, destinys child Ricky Martin and whole lotta other amazing artists. Music was great back then.
