Every year that neighborhood has trick/trunk or treat festivities and that gentleman dressed as Michael Jackson coming out of that Easter blue house lives there(obviously). And every year that man comes out at a certain time to perform his routine. Considering this man does it every year word spread and crowds grew. That’s the best of my memory.

im 45, i grew up in kensgington in philly back then we had block parties. the police would block off both ends of the one block, and all the neighbors would be out with music, drinks, food, kids laughing parents dancing. wading pools up and down the street with hoses run to them hanging over beach chairs as a fountain. cheap, ghetto, but it worked. 😂 dont see that anymore. especially not in kensington... good times...
