Love this - I am an RTT therapist and this is our Mantra and the root of pretty much what is wrong with all of us who are not achieving what we want to achieve in life and for those who suffer with depression, telling yourself this every day and monitoring your inner self chatter and removing all the negative words you say to yourself is a great start.
