初代のおばあちゃんは、薪オーブンの維持管理を手探りで探り当てたのでしょうか？燻蒸香のかおる美味しいパン、ケーキが、世代を超えて作られ続けられるることを、大変なことだとは思いますが、願っています。良いパン屋さんだ。行きたい。行けるまで、無理をしないで続けていただけると幸いです。薪オーブンで焼くパン、ピザは私の永遠の憧れです。発酵はなんとかなっても電気オーブンではどうしても焼きに限度が出てしまいます。
薪オーブンは、長年試行錯誤しながら今の形になったと伺ってます😊

A lot of hard work, and the oven is not the most practical design as the ashes has to be moved to lower chamber manually. I wish she wears gloves when handling logs. I hope one day she will take over the bakery when grandma retires.
