I’m sorry. But I feel like these videos are providing a heightened amount of misinformation and are harmful. This user is not a MD and her videos should not be used for medical advise. I suffer from bipolar II and my reaction to two of the meds she is on is highly different. I believe these videos may cause more harm than good and should only be viewed for “entertainment” rather than advice. I appreciate her coming out with her stories but, for me, if I would heed her advise, I’d be in a very very deep hole. Please proceed with the highest amount of caution.
This video is SO helpful! I just started treatment for bipolar after being in a manic episode for three months while I was on antidepressants. I've done things that honestly should've killed me if it wasn't for God's mercy. I'm 21 days now on Lamictal and Risperdal and having an identity crisis because I do not know what "normal me" is/feels like. Your videos are helping me a lot, thank you 💜💜💜

I'm bipolar and my previous doctor put me on anti-depressant which spike my mania and made me go super crazy. Another doctor said I was bipolar & took me off the antidepressant and gave me a real bipolar med. Since then my bipolar diagnosis really helped or else i would have been on the same stupid meds and going crazy.
When you said "This is the first time I've had my brain back in over a year" and saying it felt amazing made me tear up. I'm going back to my treatment plan after almost two years cold turkey. Super nervous because I really don't miss all these side affects but I want my brain to slow down so bad :')

You forgot to say that Lamictal causes Brain Fog, Memory Loss and eventually DEMENTIA.
Latuda helps me so much with hallucinations caused by phsycosis such a lifesaver but not so much with my bipolar mood swings. But I noticed my periods are gone. It is great to not have messy painful periods anymore but I wonder if it can affect my health?🤔
I’m on Lamictal. I don’t suffer from extreme depression. I do suffer from a little mania but it never turns into a massive episode

I took Wellbutrin and later developed bipolar disorder. I have also tried all the Medicines that you have. I have also learned what mine do. Keep on moving forward! You are doing great! I also share the faith! ✝️
Excellent video that was more informative than my psychiatrist's attempt to make me understand my illness.I have bipolar type 1 and I'm on disability because of my illness.I just started Lamictal 25mg to add to my Vraylar,Fluoxitine,and Gabapentin.Thank you so much for the info.Subscribed!
