    💌 Quick question! Did you see my latest newsletter? With a bullet point summary of Martina Melzer's recovery story in it? If so, did you find it helpful?

    It is true that you have to shed your old skin to embrace the new one. You have to let go of your old life to fully embrace the new you.

    Was in bed listening to this struggling to stay awake the amount of ads is ridiculous. I am still battling this after 7 years of listening to recovery. Stories. Still getting PEM after activities. I trust in God to finally set me free from this as iv tryed sooo hard to find away out and still end up back in bed exhausted. Never give up people turn to God for strength and wisdom.

    I currently have CFS after a viral infection. Trying many things of what I hear and read.
    What helped me so far is Fasting the whole day sunrise to sunset including drink and food. Dopamine and multivitamin also in addition to nattokinase. I like this interview alot among other interviews that Raelan is doing. Thanks Raelan for your help.

    Holly I was with you in Miguels program. For others new to this It’s the ANS (autonomic nervous system) not CNS (central nervous system)

    • @scarletfalanges

    • @askhollyhall
      @askhollyhall Месяц назад +1

      TY Correct-simular as Your autonomic nervous system (ANS) is the part of your central nervous system (CNS) that controls unconscious activities like breathing and digestion. This system is always working, whether or not you're awake.

      I am in Miguel’s program and you pay not really for the information but for the incredible regular coaching that holds you through the high and lows. It was totally worth it for me even if I am on low income. ❤️

      I’m not sure why I keep seeing this $6000 thing. His program is $100 a month for the one I’m in and I’m getting so much out of it. It’s a very thorough program full of amazing modules that are sure to help so many people. The sense of community is amazing too in the calls and the forum where we share wins and questions. I just recently joined and I’m not going to claim I’m suddenly healed but I know this is going to make a huge difference for me. Seeing things like this made me scared to try his program before. Please don’t spread misinformation. I recommend both his and Raelan’s program. I’m actually in both.

    • @positivebenzowithdrawal5578
      @positivebenzowithdrawal5578 11 дней назад

      I did his program it was $295 per month and I did not feel supported like I have in other programs. I loved Adrianne one of the coaches but Miguel himself was really rude and I just didn’t feel the customer service was great at the &295 level. I am sure if you do the $6000 platinum level you’re well taken care of.

    Congrats on your recovery, Holly! So glad it wasn't 10 years in bed like the Doctor said! He was a very interesting Doctor indeed.. he certainly had his good pointsl! I'm very familiar with the DUTCH test. (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones, which often includes saliva samples too.) My Functional and Integrative MD had me doing these annually for many years, super pricey in the $100's, complicated to complete when you don't have the energy or brain power, and in the end I don't think they've helped me at all. I can totally relate to the $1000's of dollars spent to try to get better and the lists of supplements! This Channel has been more helpful than any of those things! Thank you, Raelan & all your guests!
