Love this house. Smart design and layout. The multi-level design is perfect for families allowing kids to take the noise to the lower levels. Biggest selling feature is that kitchen island. Whether you make your own pasta or pie dough there is more than enough room for everyone to do their own thing in the kitchen. The pocket door at the entry to the butler's pantry enables you to keep smells of some foods from inhibiting the entire home. Even the garage is big enough to add cabinetry and a work bench. Unusual to to have this much outdoor space in West Vancouver, which makes this piece of property a rare find. Obviously designed by family focused architects.

Beautiful modern design house with balconies. I like the open design living room, I like the black natural stone kitchen, I like the master bedroom and master bathroom.

@@Propertygrams I ran into some of his TikToks and after the third time I finally selected "not interested" then selected "from this account". His personality is fine. It's 100% because of the dumbass hat. The hat screams "I want attention on socia media" but completely doesn't come accross as genuine. Are you herr to sell the house or yourself? Good houses should sell themselves, so it seems like its all about the stupid hat guy.
You have your opinion at the end of the the day, but if you like his Personality then that should be all that matters and not what his attire is. I have some really great friends that could use a wardrobe refresh aha, but that doesn't stop me from hanging out with them! - Jaden

My husband and I are originally from Vancouver but moved for work 10 years ago, we can’t wait to move back to Vancouver one day! 😊
