A lot of people have commented about this. The way I've been filming these videos are segmented by A-roll and B-roll. During Mandeeps tour I want to keep the camera on him steady and include the b-roll over top of what he's saying. I'm going to change the way the I film these videos so my A-roll is more flexible. "This takes you to your back yard"😂😂😂😂 House is beautiful but should be on a lot twice that size. Having the house surrounded by a walk way is absolutely terrible. I can't believe the city allowed it.
There are definitely a few design choices I would have changed. One major one is to cut or eliminate the front yard in favor of the back yard. If you are going to go handle less in the kitchen then do so thru out the kitchen; having the top handle less and the bottom with handles just feel lazy. And that gate... its so out of place. It needs to match the hedges. Lol Too bad you didn't show the garage. More about size after all can i fit tools or bike racks? Is there enough space to put stuff in there like a extra freezer. A quick shot of the garage would fix that. Presentation wise. I see you channel is 5 months old so you are doing great for someone who is starting in this. I noticed a couple of places where you seemed to lack some confidence in your delivery; maybe its from trying to find words or not knowing what to say. You are not the seller so there is no need to try to sell us the place so definitely cut down on using words like amazing so much. Not saying to eliminate it just dont need to use it in every single room because we can see that it is. Finally, I don't think you need to talk about the furniture unless it comes with the house. I have seen a few you tubers sit down on the couch and say things like this is a beautiful comfy couch and I think "that's all staging is going to be gone if I buy the place" Tips. Do a script and figure out what you want to say before hand. No need to be detailed just make sure you are going to say what you want to say. There's no need to rush so be ok with doing retakes. And finally have your cameraman be more proactive and give you advice if he feels something is off. This might not be easy for him but the best way for doing this is having you both sit down together and watch a bunch of videos from other people and find your style. This way he knows what you want and what you are looking for and can guide and direct you.
Beautiful home. However it is way over priced to have less than 4000 sq ft and very little privacy. Those homes are way too big and pricey to be so close to other houses. No backyard! Come on now! Small master bedroom and bathroom. Not to mention you can see your neighbors and wave at them so no privacy in the master bedroom either. It’s worth maybe a mil at best.
