Pwede naman yan basta magpapagawa kayo ng maraming offices at condominium units para magkaroon ng opisina dyan ang mga BPO, main companies, etc. lahat dapat ng major companies ay andyan. Dapat din may area para sa mga mahihirap na empleyado dahil kung wala, hindi yan magiging katulad ng BGC o MAKATI o ng Ortigas. Pansinin nyo lahat yan mga yan ay may malapit na mga low cost housing kaya nag-click. Pansinin nyo din ang Alabang Madrigal park business center....wala halos katabing low cost housing...ayun konti lang ang mga offices.
What is the absorption rate for any of these Nuvali subdivisions to build out in completed new homes? Decades? It seems to me these are just investors buying and either flipping or holding. The community doesn't benefit when few if any houses are actually being constructed. 😢

I love the developments in nuvali but it will never be the makati of the south since highrise buildings are not allowed there.parang 12-15F lang allowed dyan.also,there are a lot of townships na closer to metro manila and mas accesible sa greater commuting public.nuvali is too far from manila south road na main highway sa laguna.Buti na nga lang nagka calax dahil may kalayuan din yan sa slex sta rosa exit (6kms from solenad 1)
Commuting there is a bit expensive,para kang nag work sa alabang but the rate is lower.buti talaga nagka calax dyan at may tinatayong sm kaya asahan na dadami ang developments dyan,but still maiiwan pa din yan ng most developments sa cavite and even southwoods sa biñan.
Much better na tawagin makati if the south ang southwoods (or little alabang to be more realistic) dahil allowed ang highrises dun (16F and up)

the squatter problem or housing for the poor is a government problem, Ayala is a private developer para doon sa new generation na mga educated na middle class na tao na gusto ng healthy lifestyle pra sa future ng mga anak nila....nakita nyo gaano ka organize ang planning nila...hindi lang pra sa mayaman yan, pra yan sa mga tao ng sikap nag aral , at nagkaroon ng trabaho...

Filipinos or anyone else. Their price's are insane per square meter. All you have in Nuvali is tons of vacant land in overpriced subdivisions on lots 35,000 per square meter sitting vacant. Tiny ass lots which means no backyard and steep stairs going vertical.
@marcolabutay4213 These Filipinos could live in America for the same price or possibly cheaper compared to Nuvali, Greenfield, Santa Rosa. Unless you're a politician, celebrity or selling shabu, add interest rates of 9.5% and a ten year amortization, few to nobody could afford this.
