I may have a theory about all for ones qurik and it would go like this mainly went off one got his court she was still like a happy-go-lucky child because maybe at a young age he stole people's Quirk so he can protect his brother the more evil quirks takes the more evil he gets making a new alter ego and I'm small sliver of his former self would still be there waiting for help as a Lost Child like sugar Rockies right now so when definitely save shigaraki and face the real off of 1 his true self warm merge asking for help then izu KU would allow all for one to take one for all and then like they will be in the mindscape and saves all for one on the inside mentally

What if Deku's mom was the traitor unintentionally? A happy kid telling his mom about everything at school and then her telling her husband while he is "away." Plus, with all of the Star Wars references Horikoshi has been dropping, he can pull a "No, I am your father" bomb on us with All for One being Deku's dad. Literally just thought of it when I saw the thumbnail. XD
theory: There is no traitor. Its a red herring to create more suspense. All for One secretly still has some sort of connection/access to One for All and can sense every time it's used in any way. That's the way he knows where deku is at any hiven moment

Theory, there is no traitor, and Present Mic Never said it. Toga was disguised as a normal villian and faced Mic, where she managed to retrieve his blood. She then infiltrated the school and proposed the theory of a traitor to cause a lack of trust, while being the traitor all along. Present Mic was at a rock concert that day.

My personal theory is that there are two traitors, a student and a teacher, more specifically hagakure and either nezu or present mic, I think if it is hagakure she has the ability to turn off her invisibility but she chooses not to in order to stay hidden. Abs nezu’s assumption of shiggys quirk before they even knew it was too suspicious
I have thought really hard about deku killing his dad. I love the theory and want it to be true. I think it is unlikely because quirks don’t Normally manifest until 4 years old. But they never said it was impossible so I love the theory
There’s no way Inko is going to be the UA Traitor because why would she put her own son in danger for no apparent reason? It’s clear that she loves her own son and she wouldn’t do anything like that to hurt her son nor his friends. I think it’s either Hagakure or Nezu that are likely to be the traitor instead
You went at dekus mom being the traitor from one angle only. He couldve killed his dad so mom made a deal to take away quirk. Remember when all might said deku can be a hero he said thats all he want to hear from his mom, maybe she didnt say that cause she knew it got taken. Then when he gets OFA she couldve been getting used cause she wanted him to not be a hero. In her desperation and guilt she unknowingly helped the villians by talking to the doctor ? That could also be how AFO knew deku had OFA when he fought all might.
So your saying a 42 year old mom who raised her son with so much love and affection that any kid could ask and literally cries her eyes if something good or bad happens to deku would be a U.A. Traitor.
The key clues to find the traitor after re-watch the anime 1. Got to be a student (if it was a teacher they would have got the information easier and the plan on point) 2. Have to in class one a (they always get attack by them) 3. Have to be in the mall group 4. Have to really unless in the fight even though they could be useful 5. The person power can be off sometimes.
so when it comes to this theory, i highly doubt its Deku's Mom. ive seen some pretty good theories going around, some even could be legit to put in as a traitor if horokoshi hasn't filled a position yet ((hit read more to see the theories, and who i personally rule out!)) these are some ive ruled out already by my own: Deku, Todoroki, Bakugou, Ida, Momo, Tsuyu, Ochako, and Kirishima. The reason i ruled them out is because they ALL knew about the mission to get Bakugou back to UA, so if one of them was the traitor, wouldnt you think that said person would have said something to the LOV to warn them. The League was completely caught off guard by the interview that Aizawa pulled while they all readied their forces to go and get bakugo back. now, theory time ((granted, some of them have been discussed before, i do not take any credit for the ideas, only my own words here.)) 1. Invisible Girl: mainly due to her quirk, she can get the info and easily sneak it to the LOV, even in the USJ fight, she said she was with Todoroki, but in the map of the place in the manga, she wasn't. if she is to be confirmed to be the UA Traitor, i feel it could be blatantly obvious, since it was the theory from the start, and in my opinion, be a bit of a let down. ((these ones are kinda more out there, but here we go)): 2. Aoyama: during the Summer Camp LOV attack, we saw he was hiding in a bush from Dabi who was walking by, and in all honesty, i believe dabi knew he was there, but left him there. good reason for that, He could be the UA Traitor, didn't want to hurt him so that he could give the LOV more intel, and could maybe even have some of his family held against his will, forcing him to be the Traitor, there was also a sketch Horkoshi sent, and it Aoyama sitting down and there was a creepy eye coming out of a doorway, and he was looking away from it. the reason why i bring this up is because i feel that he is drowned in guilt, because he doesn't know what to do other to work for the LOV, because they are holding something over his head. 3. ((This one is so crazy, it might work, and this one is the one i mainly standby.)), Denki Kaminari. let me explain. Denki ever since he first was introduced, using too much of his quirk fries his brain, and over the course of the manga, even to the point now where we are in the anime, he has been able to withstand more and more of it. but lets look back at the early instances of denki using his quirk, in the USJ fight, he got decommissioned after one big attack. jump forward to the sports festival, and he uses his quirk in the headband fight. issue there, which could be a giveaway, is that HE DIDNT GET FRIED. but in his one on one fight against vine girl from 1-b, he does one attack, AND GETS FRIED! if Denki is going to become the traitor, the way it could be done is if Denki was faking it this WHOLE TIME, acting as if he was too dumb and lay low from any suspicion! out of these three, I'm hoping more for it to be Denki and or Aoyama, because i feel like Horkoshi can pull off such a big twist if one of them is actually it
The denki one for his brain being fried is not actually true because it's not after using one attack its depends on voltage his max voltage was 1.3 million so when he used it against vine girl he used 1.3 million that's why he went dumb but we have seen him using Lee's voltage and being fine
They strangely never made invisible girl any fictional clothes like made out of her hair, they just have yo say it was a very carefully done project and very difficult and them we just take it at that, instead she’s isn’t concerned about being nude…that could just be the Japanese way but still you’d thing they would try to go the other way since it’s not impossible or disprove it…i haven’t read manga so idk if they said so there but even if i was in her position there would still be the usual worry that I’m still vulnerable just not visible, she does not seem vulnerable, but i guess that could just be a carefree character design. Could be just me but most invisible powered ppl who are bad don’t care about nudity while the good do
When Izuku was crying wanting to be a hero like all might, Inko hugs him and tells him she's sorry, not exactly for not being able to give him a quirk, she's just "sorry", she could be sorry for taking out his quirk...I'm just throwing sh*t out there hahahaha
I remember Deku's mom bringing him to the doctor when Deku was still young to see why his quirk has not appeared yet. The doctor explained that Deku was indeed quirkless when he was born. This was seen from the bone structure of his foot which would indicate whether an individual is quirkless or not.
There is no traitor. AFO access deku's intel through his quirk. Just like the power of Bakura (Yu gi Oh) he could transfer his conscience to one of his previous quirks (one for all)
I want the traitor to be a member of class 1A. The entire class pursues and corners them, but in a last ditch effort to escape they accidentally run in front of a moving bus. Class 1A and teachers attend the funeral, but don’t reveal the truth to the traitors family and details get covered up to prevent chaos.
Why does there even need to be a traitor? Even using cheap GPS trackers on their vehicles & long distance audio would give them a significant amount of info - let alone some of the things which quirks can do in this universe. As far as I can see, there's little direct evidence for anyone to be a spy, or quisling. Edit: Though it would definitely benefit the villains to have the heroes/UA/etc. staff going all paranoid on each other. Divide & conquer is a damnably effective tactic.
I had a dream about the end of AOT manga and it came out to be true. I had a dream about MHA as well and AFO turned out to be Dekus father. This was the reason why Inko was so secretivie.
My theory has always been Tsuyu Asui. She has been put in the spotlight of the story quite a bit for just a random classmate of Deku, plus there are inconsistencies with her how here character behaves in some situations, such as being calm fighting villians at the USJ and the drug traffickers during her internship but yet panics when faced with Toga at the training camp. Or how just before the training camp starts we learn how she can store items in her stomach yet this ability is never referenced afterwards meaning it could be relevant to the training camp arc like maybe hiding a transmitter of some kind in there where the teachers couldnt find it. She also has the ability to go invisible like Toru Hagakure so she could have gotten the info about the USJ using that power. plus at the USJ when Shigaraki was mad that All Might didnt show up he tried to kill Asui, he didnt even try to get Deku or Mineta with his second hand he only tried to kill her, possibly as punishment for failing her mission but stopped one All Might showed up. She is the only character with any kind of evidence that could point to her this is just a bit of the info.
I recently started MHA (now up to S3), a friend of mine brought this up when I was on the training camp arc. She raised that Kaminari Denki could be it and I kid you not I could not stop thinking about it for a week. I said if it was Kaminari, not only that he already form a really close relationship with his classmates but his stans got attached to him too. Idk y’all know better MHA than I do, I’ve always wanted to know what people’s thoughts are on this.
My personal belief is that there is a spy, a red herring, and a traitor. That there are multiple people is why nothing adds up. Let me review: We have two people whose quirks don't quite work with their bodies, beyond Deku; Aoyama and Uraraka. Both have stomach issues in using their quirks heavily. I believe one of them is a spy, and the other a red herring. Kaminari has openly discussed LoV philosophy, praising Stain, and even flashed the MLA salute. He is the best fit for traitor, in my view.
Though it may be fake, now that I'm thinking about this... IT MAKES A LOT OF SENSE! Inko didn't want Deku going to UA so she tried getting it destroyed by telling the LOV about where UA was going next, which Deku told her because well, it's his mom.
If it had been nezu, i think all for one wouldn't need those plethora of plans that he made, as nezu is extremely sharp and would easily be able to say what would work and what wouldn't, and it wouldn't have taken SOOOOO much time for afo's success. Also, the hospital base getting destroyed was a huge gamble, even if it didn't end up against them that much, they still would've never afforded getting that raided, and nezu definitely would have tipped THIS thing immediately if not anything else.
Deku’s mom could actually be a traitor. Yall are thinking too low about this. Do you think AFO would do something as risky as sending only 1 mole to infiltrate UA? What if that one mole is caught? A) they would start spilling the beans about AFO and everything to keep them self/decrease their time in prison or B) there would be another mole in there to shut the first mole up. Heck, maybe every character stated in this video could be moles working together.
I also think its Deku`s mom. if you go with the theory that dekus quirk was decay and he killed his father then you can make an argument that deku`s mom would have looked for a way to get rid of fearing the worst. That could have lead her to Dr.Ujiko who could have promised her a way to rid Deku of the quirk. Now fast forward to present the league could be using this information as blackmail. She would probably comply fearing what the information would do to Deku. that's just my theory though.
I have a theory that kurogiri knew the location of the camp class 1 a and 1 b went to, you know how oboros remains were used as a base for kurogiri then maybe his memories are still with him and that since he is fused with kurogiri he can still access oboros memories. Think about it oboro passed away when he was a second year which means he went to the camp and maybe the villains got the location from his memories. All the suspects like nezu and toro are pretty believable and maybe they are all working together. Maybe nezu and toro were both worked on by scientists, hear me out. Nezu was experimented on by scientists and maybe toro was the same, I believe that if her quirk was invisibility she would of been able to turn off her invisibility and show her real self. Maybe I’m wrong but this could be a fun theory to play with.
I believe the traitor could be Monoma, his obsession with competition and testing quirks he copies, as well as his super hero suit being fairly similar to AFO's suit. I believe his quirk "copy" may have been passed down from his father AFO but was much quicker than the "stealing" quirk AFO has. So to prove himself to his father, he either copies quirks for his father to later take, or his father would take the copy quirk. Ultimately it wouldn't work to take a copy of a quirk, so he was enrolled to UA to find quirks for AFO to take

It’s probably a bit of a stretch but what if Deku was the UA traitor but didn’t know it? In the beginning, all for one gave a quirk to his brother one for all. So wouldn’t they be connected like how the vestiges are? All for one may be connected to Deku in the same way so he is able to know what Deku knows. That’s why he is always one step ahead of him and was able to defeat the possessors of one for all in the past. Because of this he would always know what is going to happen. Deku would never win against him. In the final battle all for one may defeat Deku so the rest of class 1A will team up and take him down. Showing that there isn’t just a number one hero but working together is the strongest.
There is one thing no one has put in there minds, there might be more than one traitor so here goes my theory anyway. I think it might be Tory and Yuga working together as a team for this mission. I am sure all for one could do this to make it so that there is a backup to help out instead of just sending one person. They are both one of the most sus and very mysterious kind of characters, it might now make sense but it could be the case.
traitor theory: there multiple ua traitors hear me out the reason why im saying this is because there are multiple characters in class 1a that are very sus and do u really think all for one would just plant 1 spy on ua no he would plant multiple so that if 1 gets caught the other is still there to complete the mission it is an overall smart play because afo knows that they will think there is only 1 traitor so if one gets caught ua would not expect a thing and yes this theory was inspired by aot but still it makes so much since i would not be surprised if horikoshi did this
Invisible girl will forever remain as the most suspicious character in the story.. Or at least till we learn who the real traitor is in the near future.. Personally I'm thinking between hakagure and nezu..
I liek the Nezu theory more, but Toru is good too. The only issue is that Toru's suspiciousness could just be her quirk and the fact that we don't have a lot of info on her and her family.

I could've sworn that Shirigaki broke into UA to steal information about UA in season one, I thought he used the group of news reporters as a distraction as he snuck around and decayed one of the doors hence why he knew about USJ/and possibly the secret training camp.
.... the leak is one for all (A.k.A, Izuku Midoriya). In short AFO knows every thing the OFA holder knows. If you look back you can see how that all fits. The tin foil hat for that theory is the first holder isn't real but, more of the ying, white wolf you "good" part of AFO, while the AFO we know is the Yang, black wolf.
I think that there is a simple possibility. That being one of the prior students had placed a bug in the classroom of 1A and the teachers lounge. To avoid being caught the bug it a transmitter and the students phones are the receiver.. my reason is this, everyone assumes that it is a quirk involved. It could be that the student wanted to cheat for exams. Along the way he/she could have told someone else of what they did. Then the other person could of used the information for their own purpose
I think it's a combo of Toru being an intentional traitor and Aoyama being an unwilling one. Toru would need to be defeated (or, more likely, she escapes and is later killed by the villains), but Aoyama would need to be rescued from AFO's curse/boobytrap in him. If Nezu is unaware of being AFO's intel leak, that wouldn't make him a traitor (traitor implies intent) but rather a mole, just as much a victim as anyone else.
It makes sense! I mean if shiggys quirk was really dekus then theoretically dekus mom would know about ofa since she has seen dekus quirk but she also gave away his quirk
My money is definitely on Invisible Girl because she has the perfect Quirk for espionage and spying. However, just like in many crime films and murder mystery films and/or books it's always the person you least expect.
the thing with Toru is kinda interesting cause this could be some kind of 4D Chess. I mean everyone suspects her which make it unlikely since she is such an obvious choice. But this make her then again the perfect choice.
Perhaps Deku had decay initially, and his actual backstory is he decayed his father like Eri made hers vanish when it first awakened, so he got the quirk taken from him, and it was instead given to Shigaraki. 🤔 And because it's such a tragic thing to happen to a kid perhaps he has a mental blockage.
The more to Nezu's story is that he's a unique entity, who's undergone cruel experimentation by humans, who he now hates. But instead of choosing to use his High-Specs quirk to take revenge, has instead chosen to set aside his hatred of humans and do his best to guide the next generation of Heroes. Not quite a Paarthurnax, "What is better - to be born good, or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?", type character, but similar. Now as for the traitor theory, I think that Hagakure is probably the most logical one. But I like the Aoyama theory the most. And for record I put absolutely zero stock in the Nezu theory. I just don't think it hold water.

My personal theory is that there are two traitors, a student and a teacher, more specifically hagakure and either nezu or present mic, I think if it is hagakure she has the ability to turn off her invisibility but she chooses not to in order to stay hidden. Abs nezu’s assumption of shiggys quirk before they even knew it was too suspicious

There’s no way Inko is going to be the UA Traitor because why would she put her own son in danger for no apparent reason? so when it comes to this theory, i highly doubt its Deku's Mom. ive seen some pretty good theories going around, some even could be legit to put in as a traitor if horokoshi hasn't filled a position yet

these are some ive ruled out already by my own: Deku, Todoroki, Bakugou, Ida, Momo, Tsuyu, Ochako, and Kirishima.
The reason i ruled them out is because they ALL knew about the mission to get Bakugou back to UA, so if one of them was the traitor, wouldnt you think that said person would have said something to the LOV to warn them. The League was completely caught off guard by the interview that Aizawa pulled while they all readied their forces to go and get bakugo back.
now, theory time ((granted, some of them have been discussed before, i do not take any credit for the ideas, only my own words here.))
1. Invisible Girl: mainly due to her quirk, she can get the info and easily sneak it to the LOV, even in the USJ fight, she said she was with Todoroki, but in the map of the place in the manga, she wasn't. if she is to be confirmed to be the UA Traitor, i feel it could be blatantly obvious, since it was the theory from the start, and in my opinion, be a bit of a let down.
((these ones are kinda more out there, but here we go)):
2. Aoyama:
during the Summer Camp LOV attack, we saw he was hiding in a bush from Dabi who was walking by, and in all honesty, i believe dabi knew he was there, but left him there. good reason for that, He could be the UA Traitor, didn't want to hurt him so that he could give the LOV more intel, and could maybe even have some of his family held against his will, forcing him to be the Traitor, there was also a sketch Horkoshi sent, and it Aoyama sitting down and there was a creepy eye coming out of a doorway, and he was looking away from it. the reason why i bring this up is because i feel that he is drowned in guilt, because he doesn't know what to do other to work for the LOV, because they are holding something over his head.
3. ((This one is so crazy, it might work, and this one is the one i mainly standby.)), Denki Kaminari.
let me explain. Denki ever since he first was introduced, using too much of his quirk fries his brain, and over the course of the manga, even to the point now where we are in the anime, he has been able to withstand more and more of it. but lets look back at the early instances of denki using his quirk, in the USJ fight, he got decommissioned after one big attack. jump forward to the sports festival, and he uses his quirk in the headband fight. issue there, which could be a giveaway, is that HE DIDNT GET FRIED. but in his one on one fight against vine girl from 1-b, he does one attack, AND GETS FRIED! if Denki is going to become the traitor, the way it could be done is if Denki was faking it this WHOLE TIME, acting as if he was too dumb and lay low from any suspicion!
out of these three, I'm hoping more for it to be Denki and or Aoyama, because i feel like Horkoshi can pull off such a big twist if one of them is actually it
The denki one for his brain being fried is not actually true because it's not after using one attack its depends on voltage his max voltage was 1.3 million so when he used it against vine girl he used 1.3 million that's why he went dumb but we have seen him using Lee's voltage and being fine
They strangely never made invisible girl any fictional clothes like made out of her hair, they just have yo say it was a very carefully done project and very difficult and them we just take it at that, instead she’s isn’t concerned about being nude…that could just be the Japanese way but still you’d thing they would try to go the other way since it’s not impossible or disprove it…i haven’t read manga so idk if they said so there but even if i was in her position there would still be the usual worry that I’m still vulnerable just not visible, she does not seem vulnerable, but i guess that could just be a carefree character design.

I remember Deku's mom bringing him to the doctor when Deku was still young to see why his quirk has not appeared yet. The doctor explained that Deku was indeed quirkless when he was born. This was seen from the bone structure of his foot which would indicate whether an individual is quirkless or not.

I want the traitor to be a member of class 1A. The entire class pursues and corners them, but in a last ditch effort to escape they accidentally run in front of a moving bus. Class 1A and teachers attend the funeral, but don’t reveal the truth to the traitors family and details get covered up to prevent chaos.

Why does there even need to be a traitor? Even using cheap GPS trackers on their vehicles & long distance audio would give them a significant amount of info - let alone some of the things which quirks can do in this universe. As far as I can see, there's little direct evidence for anyone to be a spy, or quisling.
Edit: Though it would definitely benefit the villains to have the heroes/UA/etc. staff going all paranoid on each other. Divide & conquer is a damnably effective tactic.

My theory has always been Tsuyu Asui.
She has been put in the spotlight of the story quite a bit for just a random classmate of Deku, plus there are inconsistencies with her how here character behaves in some situations, such as being calm fighting villians at the USJ and the drug traffickers during her internship but yet panics when faced with Toga at the training camp. Or how just before the training camp starts we learn how she can store items in her stomach yet this ability is never referenced afterwards meaning it could be relevant to the training camp arc like maybe hiding a transmitter of some kind in there where the teachers couldnt find it. She also has the ability to go invisible like Toru Hagakure so she could have gotten the info about the USJ using that power. plus at the USJ when Shigaraki was mad that All Might didnt show up he tried to kill Asui, he didnt even try to get Deku or Mineta with his second hand he only tried to kill her, possibly as punishment for failing her mission but stopped one All Might showed up. She is the only character with any kind of evidence that could point to her this is just a bit of the info.

She raised that Kaminari Denki could be it and I kid you not I could not stop thinking about it for a week. I said if it was Kaminari, not only that he already form a really close relationship with his classmates but his stans got attached to him too. It drives me nuts no one remembers Hawks mom litteraly has a spy quirk! Dabi and AFO had access to her and her quirk yet no one ever remembers this.
My personal belief is that there is a spy, a red herring, and a traitor. That there are multiple people is why nothing adds up.
Let me review:
We have two people whose quirks don't quite work with their bodies, beyond Deku; Aoyama and Uraraka. Both have stomach issues in using their quirks heavily. I believe one of them is a spy, and the other a red herring.
Kaminari has openly discussed LoV philosophy, praising Stain, and even flashed the MLA salute. He is the best fit for traitor, in my view.

Though it may be fake, now that I'm thinking about this... IT MAKES A LOT OF SENSE! Inko didn't want Deku going to UA so she tried getting it destroyed by telling the LOV about where UA was going next, which Deku told her because well, it's his mom.
If it had been nezu, i think all for one wouldn't need those plethora of plans that he made, as nezu is extremely sharp and would easily be able to say what would work and what wouldn't, and it wouldn't have taken SOOOOO much time for afo's success. Also, the hospital base getting destroyed was a huge gamble, even if it didn't end up against them that much, they still would've never afforded getting that raided, and nezu definitely would have tipped THIS thing immediately if not anything else.
The only reason I can see deku's mom being the traitor, would be to protect him. She knows hero work is dangerous and that is her only child.
Deku’s mom could actually be a traitor. Yall are thinking too low about this. Do you think AFO would do something as risky as sending only 1 mole to infiltrate UA? What if that one mole is caught? A) they would start spilling the beans about AFO and everything to keep them self/decrease their time in prison or B) there would be another mole in there to shut the first mole up.
Heck, maybe every character stated in this video could be moles working together.
I also think its Deku`s mom. if you go with the theory that dekus quirk was decay and he killed his father then you can make an argument that deku`s mom would have looked for a way to get rid of fearing the worst. That could have lead her to Dr.Ujiko who could have promised her a way to rid Deku of the quirk. Now fast forward to present the league could be using this information as blackmail. She would probably comply fearing what the information would do to Deku. that's just my theory though.
I have a theory that kurogiri knew the location of the camp class 1 a and 1 b went to, you know how oboros remains were used as a base for kurogiri then maybe his memories are still with him and that since he is fused with kurogiri he can still access oboros memories. Think about it oboro passed away when he was a second year which means he went to the camp and maybe the villains got the location from his memories. All the suspects like nezu and toro are pretty believable and maybe they are all working together. Maybe nezu and toro were both worked on by scientists, hear me out. Nezu was experimented on by scientists and maybe toro was the same, I believe that if her quirk was invisibility she would of been able to turn off her invisibility and show her real self. Maybe I’m wrong but this could be a fun theory to play with.
I believe the traitor could be Monoma, his obsession with competition and testing quirks he copies, as well as his super hero suit being fairly similar to AFO's suit. I believe his quirk "copy" may have been passed down from his father AFO but was much quicker than the "stealing" quirk AFO has. So to prove himself to his father, he either copies quirks for his father to later take, or his father would take the copy quirk. Ultimately it wouldn't work to take a copy of a quirk, so he was enrolled to UA to find quirks for AFO to take

It’s probably a bit of a stretch but what if Deku was the UA traitor but didn’t know it? In the beginning, all for one gave a quirk to his brother one for all. So wouldn’t they be connected like how the vestiges are? All for one may be connected to Deku in the same way so he is able to know what Deku knows. That’s why he is always one step ahead of him and was able to defeat the possessors of one for all in the past.
Because of this he would always know what is going to happen. Deku would never win against him. In the final battle all for one may defeat Deku so the rest of class 1A will team up and take him down. Showing that there isn’t just a number one hero but working together is the strongest.
There is one thing no one has put in there minds, there might be more than one traitor so here goes my theory anyway. I think it might be Tory and Yuga working together as a team for this mission. I am sure all for one could do this to make it so that there is a backup to help out instead of just sending one person. They are both one of the most sus and very mysterious kind of characters, it might now make sense but it could be the case.

.... the leak is one for all (A.k.A, Izuku Midoriya). In short AFO knows every thing the OFA holder knows. If you look back you can see how that all fits. The tin foil hat for that theory is the first holder isn't real but, more of the ying, white wolf you "good" part of AFO, while the AFO we know is the Yang, black wolf.

I think that there is a simple possibility. That being one of the prior students had placed a bug in the classroom of 1A and the teachers lounge. To avoid being caught the bug it a transmitter and the students phones are the receiver.. my reason is this, everyone assumes that it is a quirk involved. It could be that the student wanted to cheat for exams. Along the way he/she could have told someone else of what they did. Then the other person could of used the information for their own purpose

I think it's a combo of Toru being an intentional traitor and Aoyama being an unwilling one. Toru would need to be defeated (or, more likely, she escapes and is later killed by the villains), but Aoyama would need to be rescued from AFO's curse/boobytrap in him. If Nezu is unaware of being AFO's intel leak, that wouldn't make him a traitor (traitor implies intent) but rather a mole, just as much a victim as anyone else.

Perhaps Deku had decay initially, and his actual backstory is he decayed his father like Eri made hers vanish when it first awakened, so he got the quirk taken from him, and it was instead given to Shigaraki. 🤔 And because it's such a tragic thing to happen to a kid perhaps he has a mental blockage.

The more to Nezu's story is that he's a unique entity, who's undergone cruel experimentation by humans, who he now hates. But instead of choosing to use his High-Specs quirk to take revenge, has instead chosen to set aside his hatred of humans and do his best to guide the next generation of Heroes. Not quite a Paarthurnax, "What is better - to be born good, or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?", type character, but similar.
Now as for the traitor theory, I think that Hagakure is probably the most logical one. But I like the Aoyama theory the most. And for record I put absolutely zero stock in the Nezu theory. I just don't think it hold water.
Helping the villains also is like helping the same evil due to which he exists. Helping the next gen heroes makes more sense than that.
The more these theories come out the more i get creeped out
