Nice that they shaked up the order of the setlist a bit and also added in a few different songs to the setlist. The only song i'd like to see them add is Griftwood. It was played at Hellfest so i'd kinda like to see them play it on this tour as well
@@ryanp7918 Same here. They only played one new song which was great to see Watcher in the Sky. Love that song. But otherwise, it was about the same set as usual.
@@stalfos3452 They added Con Clavi and Prime Mover back. Unless your talking about new as in off the new album. I was happy to see the two I mentioned brought back.
I was also kinda expecting / hoping for Griftwood or any track from side B of Impera really.... Oh well - I'm sure there'll be one in the next leg of the US tour when they come back near LA. IMO they need to ditch Hunter's Moon - that's the one gimmicky track I ALWAYS skip out of Impera
I was also there from LA. The 405 was a shitshow on the way to SD, as is to be expected, but had an easy drive back today. In any case, all worth it for the show!
I was there with my wife and a couple others. I would definitely agree the sound quality in this venue is pretty sad compared with modern/modernized arenas (like the re-vamped LA Forum). I'd also agree with your comment the sound on the videos isn't much different than what you heard in person.
@@davedamron6553 This is bullshit. Hell, you can see in the next day's video where his mic is off and his vocals are not there. Then they turn his mic on & they're there.
@@davedamron6553 Wait, you are accusing him of lip syncing? The fuck lmao. The backing tracks are there because of instrumentals they cant add live, not because of vocals. They have up to 4 vocalists live here.
This is so cool. Paul wanted to give it to Rod but gave it to Peter cause he had about the same raspy voice. Cause of the hit Beth they thought it was a good decision.
@@GeekFurious the Tomorrow by together in Atlanta videos, I was literally next to the last row and they are pretty good as well and it has the option to watch in 4k quality in the video settings.
It worked, if you get me. Like its the same stage as the first US leg. It almost adds to some of it by being darker imo. Others will disagree and thats fine. I never found the stage setup to be an issue. Still an almost perfect show minus the use of firecrackers - which are too loud for smaller arenas.
@@TheRealConcertKing The charges didn't go off at the beginning of Kaiserion, I think. I have a feeling there was supposed to be more pyro. At the end of Faith, the bang was *insanely* loud.
I think they should get rid of Kaiserion and play Darkness at the heart of my love instead or Respite on the Spitalfields. Those songs are way better. Kaiserion just doesn't fit with the rest of the new album.

I think they might have removed it because of what happened in France. But maybe they'll add it back in the upcoming European tour!
Bro, same. I was letdown when I didn’t see Griftwood.

First time seeing Ghost live. Me and my wife loved the show. One of the best concerts Ive been to in a while.
Papa's stage presence is equal parts Alice Cooper, Peter Gabriel, and Freddie Mercury.... great frontman!
Great audience I've seen them here in Sweden and it's about the same. Be proud guys 🤘
Hell yeah!! I was here yesterday! I just got back to LA from San Diego, totally looking forward for more Ghost shows!

@@KayBeeLAX totally, it took me about 6 hours to get there in that traffic, it was a bit chunky going back but the 60 was nice and clear
Nice I'll see them tonight waiting for a good show
i can't wait to see them next week!
SAME!!!! SEPTEMBER 4TH FOR ME 🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘
Hoping they come back to Dallas so I can go!! It looks like they have pretty good concerts. Maybe I'll see them next year! Only time can tell!
a real breath of fresh air this band is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6:16 you've been spotted

I like ghost. Like a lot of bands they use backing tracks, just not a fan when Tobias lip syncs

Whooo my 2nd ritual is Trenton, I can't wait!!
That Asheville show is going to be great next week! It'll be our third time seeing Ghost!
Dude please tell me they played Griftwood!!! I'm seeing them September 4th and I really wanna hear that live lol
nope
Holy Satan papa looked good 🔥
You can tell this is shot with a real camera because it doesn't look like cartoon ass when you zoom in.
Nah, I have the Samsung s22 ultra and that zoom and 8k quality is amazing.
@@sweetdestruxion well done 👏👍
@@sweetdestruxion There is a 0% chance it would look this good indoors during a concert. It's basic science. The sensor is too small.

Woooo ufff LOS AMO
Was hoping they changed their intro from last tour
Crying rn I was supposed to go but my mom canceled 🙁
That's a bummer, I'm sorry about that. Hopefully you be able to catch the next one.

Backdrop and pieces of their stage set up in the back are really dark or not lit up most of the time in this which is an odd change
Yeah, it was honestly a huge bummer that they had such an elaborate stage design and you couldn't even really see it.

Yes.
A little bit. Should have been more.

They absolutely should not get rid of Kaisarion.
in fact, Kaisarion fit with the album more than dathoml or respite. Kaisarion respectively talks about an empire, just like the concept of the album
Respite is one hell of a good tune
