I was really impressed by them and actually in the last few days have added their discography to my playlist. Would totally see them if they come to San Diego again.
This crowd was deeeeaaaadddd. I was there and could tell she got nervous since most of the crowd wasn’t being very engaging. Even during the breakdowns, everyone was just standing there.
@@spamfriedrice316 and ghost is really just a gimmick band that is commercially successful. I saw ghost at the Maryland deathfest. Toby other band was on the bill that is extreme death metal that would never get a support slot on any arena tour. Thats why when you.go to concerts always try to go see the openers. Sometimes its a metallica opening. Stay heavy
@@spamfriedrice316 so their set was more like ~20mins? Still short has hell, when I saw mastodon and opeth last year the opener zeal & ardor got like 35 mins, spiritbox is prob more popular than them too so I’m surprised they didn’t get like 35-40min set
Most of this crowd will eventually look back and wish they participated in this wonderful band's music.
Can’t agree with you more.
Crowd was slightly better in Tucson the next night. Too bad - these guys are better than most opening acts.

It was a ghost show. Given people are more relax and chill. See. Spiritbox couples times and it’s always been great energy. Even this one.
That's a crowd made up of normies for a much softer band. Lol. You can't expect energy from them. This is still exposure to new audience though.
@@Eyeyamgod ghost is popular for a reason.
People are there to see ghost not a chick scream for 10 mins 😂
@@JR-wu8gf small peepee energy right here
@@JR-wu8gf never heard of ghost, prolly a shit band
The crowd at aftershock was loving them. I was very impressed with them. Wish I would have seen them at this show as well.
Unfortunately it was a short set. But still felt the energy they bring. Can’t wait for the new album to drop
They are an opening act
And the crowd did go in and see them
Remember Metallica opened for Venom.
You have to make a name for yourselves opening
Can’t agree more with this. People in that crowd for sure one day will say they saw Spiritbox open for ghost.

@@gmanhirt8818 right on the money man 🤘😈
Yeah people didn’t start showing up till Mastodon and was packed for Ghost. The whole show was good though.
Yeah man. Glad you enjoyed it too. Ghost though sheeeesh!!! Always nice to see them live
Can’t wait to see you guys live in Youngstown in a few weeks! I’m gonna go feral I’m so excited!!!
You’ll like them. If you’re seeing them with ghost. Their set is very short so try to be there early. But 100% you’ll enjoy and have a good time 🤘😈
Looks like it was for a Kanye West show opening.. I feel bad for the band that they had to play in front of THAT audiance...
Wow that’s a crazy short set. Sucks to be opening act
Thank you for posting this!
No problem. Just trying to help share metal music history. Glad you enjoyed. Next one is Slipknot in October.
@@spamfriedrice316 nice enjoy, I saw them at Wacken recently it was insane
@@PS3LUV3R can’t wait man cheers
This crowd sucks. Spiritbox is such a good band!🖤
Agree. It was an older crowd. But couple days before this show, they headlined Anaheim house of blues. That show was fireeeeeeee
They only played for 12 minutes?
No a little longer. I recorded hysteria and holy roller separately 🤘😈
Full set? They played for 12 minutes
Pretty short. I cut on holy roller they ended with hysteria.
Their whole set was only 12 mins?
Only song that I didn’t record was holy roller and hysteria.

@@puppetmaster8551 yeah same here. Me and my wife after hysteria looked at each other when they walked off like that’s it?
Shameful crowd, how I wish I was in a place like this!
Yeah I feel you. Me and my wife were the only ones going crazy with Courtney’s growls and singing.
Literally... LITERALLY... THE WORST CROWD I've seen. Dead. What is going on?!?
