The guy who went up is not a quadriplegic, you have total balance control. A spinal cord injured person changes everything; especially on the descent, as you do not need to recline the chair back.
Something is funky with that TDX. I think mine would go up that path without too much trouble. Looks like that battery is low or the electronics are funky. My main reason I say this is because the tires would spin
I am due to get a new wheelchair and I am REALLY really really hoping I get a permobil. From what I've seen and read about it, it's just a better quality chair than the others. Hope I can get one.

why does permobil charge $1,000 dollars for the led light kit but in Europe it comes with the purchase of the chair

I have a TDX SP right now and I'm just getting ready to upgrade to a Permobil f3 within a month. Can't wait!

I have the permobil m300 and it came with out the light kit package which cost $1.000 but in Europe it's free but its still a good chair
I'd like to see the whole video & that 3rd chairs attempt to go up that.
In europe you have to have lights by law so thats why they
don't charge for it. I bet the chair is $1000. more in Europe
is how they work around that.
For a person without disabilities it is easy right! Hahaha
I love my m30°
