Love the Pod setup and been getting great tips and ideas. Love to know more on the tap you used and the other side that leads to the rear. How you setup the fitting that leads to your drifta setup.
Great improvements brett looks like a great looking camper which one are you talking to the buck camping trip ps great to see Josie putting her two cents in 🤣🐶🐾👍
We didn't punch any cables through yet, but I might put one through to mount an LED light bar into the roof of the pod, as it's really hard to find stuff in there where you're out in the bush/desert at night. Will post a video on that when I do the mod.
Hi we love the video could you give a demo video on the gas struts for the awning putting them up and down and how you came about the awning mounts and mounting them. It would be very much appreciated from two girls learning, new subscribers from WA. 🐨🌻🕊️💖🌻
@@ccgirl1210 I shot a video for this last weekend and it all ended up in a bit of a disaster... I'll have to shoot it again in a few weeks time. The recordings from last week will end up making it into a blooper reel!!
@@iLuvDirt Brett here is a link to a 1998 Swagman Camper West Australian Built similar to a Ultimate that we are looking to put a 270 awning on . Thought you might like to see what we are up to and why we we are looking forward to your video. ruclips.net/video/Dy5LDHfqzg0/видео.html 🐨🌻🕊️💖
G'day! Great question!! I've got a set of scales at home, so I'll get them out and give it a weigh. I've been keen to know myself, as it would be a killer trailer to run behind the new Jimny! They Jimny can tow 1300kg and I think the Pod Extreme ATM is 1200kg. Watch this space - I'll post something soon!
Hi Brett. Could i please get some advice from you re the tap setup. I'm having trouble finding a suitable tap to hook up to my Seaflo pump. Could you please tell me which tap you are using as that looks like what I'm after. Thank you
Great video. And I just became your 1000th subscriber! :)

Sent a couple of photos! And I'll have to do a more detailed video now that the build is almost complete...
Thanks Brett, where do I find the images?
@@xplore.with.mike-Z I think you messaged me on Facebook and I replied with the images there.
@@iLuvDirt don’t think it was me but just found you there and sent you a message.
@@xplore.with.mike-Z Thanks - will grab them and send them to you!

Ulti is coming to Buck’s event!
Great ideas Brett. Are the cig and USB sockets on the side of the Pod surface mounted ie no intrusion into the Pod? Photo would help!
Yes, surface mounted. We didn't want to impact the internal space.

Yes I will get that one done. Might be a few weeks off as we’re playing around with configurations ahead of a trip.
