If you look deeper into this, they didn't just randomly kill people who were drunk in the bar. They would target rich people with a nice car in the parking lot that Roy could then send to Kuwait for cash while the other guys took whatever was in their pockets. People with nice cars or flashing lots of money were targeted.
I agree and have to believe it will happen at some point in the next few years. I'd love to see someone like Marty, Tarantino or Paul Thomas Anderson make it an epic that touches on the westies, that liar Kuklinski, Big Paul, Gotti and a lot of the then active Gambino guys. Jeremy Piven as Nino Gaggi please. There is a ton of important mafia history from that era that can be addressed if made correctly with the right script and actors.

DeMeo was a fascinating character, according to the info I've been given. @@keydaaq1805 yea exactly... idk if it was really fear, more so just a complete and utter lack of trust because the guy was capable of flying off the hinges at any moment
When Castellano wanted Roy killed, he approached John Gotti for the job first, I forget how it went but I’m so many words Gotti told Castslleno to pick someone else because he was afraid of Roy
@@BostonsF1nest that’s exactly what I would call fear
“Gotta keep the boyz sharp “ gotdamn lmao
Demeo was a sick, had these boys shook.
"Yeah yeah I do that". Lmao.
"Yeah I shoot old folk. No Problem"
If there is one general consensus by every mobster in NY in every family, Roy Demeo and his team were the most feared stone cold killers in the game.
This man was amazingly keen and sensitive for a killer. Really intriguing when you think about it
Its crazy to think about that the Gemini lounge is now a church they must've had to wash the whole building with holy water to try clearing it from all that sin and brain matter
Thats why they built a church. Lol that portal to Hell had to be sealed for good haha
Who would sit and worship God in a building that has a horrible past
@@fallindowndrunk I ask myself the same thing every time I pass it. You can feel the energy from the outside SMH.
@@unknown716 bruh that "energy" is a figment of your imagination
@@lilstinker5475 1 I’m not your bruh and 2. Your still in the matrix.
I looked up gangster in the dictionary and a picture of this guy came up. Love the stories BRO
I’d say Al Capone was the most gangster. He was a proven with his hands, proven as a strong enforcer, served well under Torrio then became one of the most powerful mob bosses of all time and wiped out notorious crews like the Gennas
He's stories are the best. From steet level stuff to high level stories.
@@GoGetYourShinebox You people sound like mafia groupies, lol
@@mrt445 What are you doing here ?
@@GoGetYourShinebox Al Capone got ran out of New York, supposedly made guys in the 5 families never rated him that highly
Sammy is a funny dude! I enjoy listening to his stories about his past! thanks for sharing, Bro!

Sammy said Joseph 'Old Man' Paruta would kill for him as quick as get him a cup of coffee.

I heard Roy and his crew were referred to as "crazy" by the most dangerous guys in the mob.
TOMMY KARATE PITERA WAS EVEN MORE OF A TERROR
There crews nickname was "murder machine" read the book
Roy demeo is dead and when he tells this story you can feel his intense presence in the story
Sammy is a master storyteller.
@@seancidy6008 ya he really is
The average SS sgt killed more in an afternoon than Demayo dreamt of in his hottest nightmares / Einsatzgruppen
Absolutely!
