I agree.. Still though i would really like to see what happen next with all these cool cars after they get them.. a month a go he got a cool Ford GT-40 and a Mustang Fastback would be really nice to see at least some cool pics of those cars in different stages (if they restore them) or if are they sell them to auctions for profit post that clip to see how much they got..
That was one fine and well optioned Cuda I can't see how you didn't ask about the 68 SS 396 chevelle that was infront of the Cuda in the trailer. My first car was a 69 chevelle. So I love them.
I can now officially start my weekend, grabbed my cup of joe and watching Dennis and Alex do their thing. Dennis needs new shirts with OUTSTANDING printed on it
Get shirts that say "Outstanding" , and I would buy one! I keep my ears open for a classic low miler(kilometer) car up here in Ontario for y'all to come and get, but so far nothing. Guess I'll have to go to Wylie to meet you. Keep up the great work!
Great finds! I wish we could have seen that 1968 Chevelle SS in the front of the Cuda in the trailer. My first car was a '68 Chevelle Malibu (327, 4bbl, power glide).
OUTSTANDING!! Episode Dennis, Zach, Alex, and Shawn P!!! Some of my two favorite cars. The editing is so good. I cant believe Zach whips these out so fast with such quality. Y'all are awesome!
We have pizza burger like that but back in high school (40 yrs ago) we had a pizza burger but it was fried bologna, pizza sauce and mozz cheese. In fact I just ate one 5 min ago. Oh yeah, AWESOME CUDA. I'm not a mopar guy but you have to like/love that car. Rate it right with a Boss 429
I clicked because dudes head in the thumbnail was so damn big curiosity got to me. I had to see if he really had a great big gigantic head lol. Then hearing about the badass car was a bonus.
This brings back some wonderful memories and also many regrets! I bought a new 1971 Plymouth Hemi Cuda right after my wife and I got married. I bought it from the Plymouth dealership in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. It was Plum Crazy Purple with the Hurst Pistol grip 4 speed with no console. Life happens and I had to sell it when kids came along. Best I can remember I bought it for $4,685.00. Actually the insurance payment was more than the car payment! Sure wish I had it back but I still have my memories. It was a true American muscle car!
I've eaten at that maid rite hundreds of times (maybe a thousand) Super cheese rite with everything, large fry and a lemon shake. On north 12th Street Quincy Illinois.
Dennis wouldn’t have a show if it weren’t for Richard. And you wouldn’t know anything about him. Not to mention Dennis is friends with Richard so he must be a nice guy for that to happen.
Wow that is awesome, lived in Quincy for 52 years and never saw them 2 cars! My oldest daughters house out her back door can see Maid Rite. Love your show! Get down around Tampa look me up for some good eats! Take care!
Got one 15 miles north of me. I live right on the edge of the iowa Missouri boarder on I-35. Go there at least once a month. I live in Missouri so just gotta cross the border a mile or 2 and im there. Place is so good
I bet Dennis is great to work for and he treats everyone with respect, you know his parents raised him right. I know Dennis loves fox bodies and my old boss has a 93 cobra with just over 17,000 original miles and he bought it new. What a beautiful car. God bless you and your crew Mr Collins🙏🇺🇸🙏
OMG! That Cuda!! And frankly, though I would not have been interested in the Camaro with a V6 in 1981 ... I would definitely be interested in that car today! Great finds both 🥃
Outstanding!!! I love Denis’ enthusiasm, knowledge and experience with the projects he takes on. Alex and Sean are also great guys along with Zak, the cameraman. I genuinely look forward to every episode and agree with other subscribers, We need T-shirts with OUTSTANDING on them….. greetings from an addicted subscriber in Northern Ireland. Best wishes everyone 👏
Heck, shoulda maybe just bought the trailer with both cars in it and another power unit to pull it and have Alex drag them home. That looked like a pretty nice Chevelle in front of the 'Cuda.
Hey Dennis thank you so much for the show it was amazing great cars great time even though you guys froze but. You guys are amazing and appreciated I’m glad there’s so many nice car guys left on the planet thank goodness
40 years ago my friend down the street bought a 73 Dodge Challenger with a 340 six pack. Burned rubber thru all 4 gears. Scariest car I have ever been in, also the most awesome car I have ever been in. He had to get rid of it because he kept getting speeding tickets. Until you ride in something like that, you will never know the feeling. That car needs to live and breathe again and be out on the road. Fantastic find!
I am watching this program, at 10 o'clock Friday night here in Springfield, MO, where I live;; also there is a collection of Porsches if they haven't been sold, and possibly a 1961 Corvette here probably within 10 miles of where you are staying tonight.. Stay warm.
I can't believe you did not leave her one of the License plates off the Camaro, Would look great on her garage wall and a great memory. Mail it back to her.
Whoa sweet cuda! Why don't you buy that SS in that trailer too? I didn't know 80's Camaro's were a thing these days. I owned 2 69 RS's in my days. Wising I still had them! The owner of those cars driveway and house are insane ! Money !
Love the Cuda! It is the real deal. Made Rite was started in Iowa in the 20s and the original 4 restaurants are still in operation. The restaurant you went to in Quincy was featured on the Food Network in one of their restaurant series. The original stores offered only sandwiches and chips as ketchup was, and is, in some stores to this day..... strictly forbidden!
I love ‘Cudas and that’s an amazing one, the 340 is a great engine, they’re fast and not far behind the Hemi and 440 cars. The Camaro is a later gen 2 and six cylinder, which is usually something I’d ignore but that one being so original and clean it’s a charming car that I’d have and keep it as it is (not words I ever thought I’d say, I must be getting old)
I love everything about these videos. Starting off with coffee, digging out some classics then closing it off by hitting the favorite local food spots.
You are absolutely right. What an incredible honor that would be just a shadow him, and learn from him, and absorb some of the incredible knowledge that he shares are these vehicles in their history. No better word than to say outstanding!
Born and raised in Quincy. So cool to see you guys go and save some cars there. Cars are amazing for sure. Maid Rite is a local thing for sure. There were not that many and it is a stop every time I get back to town.
That thumbnail with Shaun is absolutely the funniest and best thing I’ve seen in decades!!! Dennis, whoever edited this video and did that thumbnail needs their salary doubled!!!
Beautiful cars. I live in Western KY and watching you folks in that 5 degree weather hurt MY hair! I hate cold! That Cuda makes my heart skip a beat, but I really think that Berlinetta is very cool. That interior was really deep red on my TV. Great episode!
My Dad had a 1980 Chevrolet Malibu with the 229 V6 and it was a great running car...I am sure this Camaro (same engine) runs out pretty good! Dennis, is it a Norwood car? The Cuda, someone had a lot of fun with the option sheet for sure. I would have ordered it a bit more plain Jane. The 340 is Okay with me! and I agree non console cars RULE!
One owner from new Camero? Didn't she say someone else had it after her and she got it back? So she is the first and third owner? Love the cuda although I am a console fan.
G'day to ya Dennis and fam.....another great rescue, both incrediable cars and well looked after. Now its up to you Dennis ol son, to get these back to show room condition.....Big ol ccheers from a m8 Downunder!!
Loved this episode with those two cars. I am from Southern Illinois. So I am very familiar with the restaurant that you ate it. The Maid Rite. My dad worked at a Maid Rite in our small Town (DuQuoin IL) when he was in high school. In the 60s. And there is 2 Maid Rites still in business in some nearby towns. But here is some knowledge on that sandwich. A true Maid Rite is scrambled hamburger, diced onions and mustard. And a Maid Wrong is Scrambled hamburger, diced onions and ketchup. I grew up on those sandwiches and love going to those restaurants around here. We enjoy all of your episodes and hope you enjoy some of that useless knowledge. Lol So GET YOU SOME OF THAT!!
Dennis I’ve got a contender!!! In the middle of your Cuda and Camaro, My Garnet Red 69 Ragtop Camaro, I’m the third owner, kinda a plane Jane?? BUT I installed the third rag on it 33 years ago?? Needs love! Settin things up to pull her out Again!!!!!!!!! Always enjoy your show Sir!!
Hey Dennis. Maid Rites are a chain restaurant. They are scattered around a lot of small towns around Midwest. They all have great food. Beautiful Cuda. Love the videos.
it never ceases to amaze me how much food you guys go through, and NOT be fat !!! lol that Cuda is beautiful !!! good find.... i am so happy for all the restaurants you go to and feature on your channel. good for you and good for them !!!!!!!!!!
I had a white Cuda 340 convertible . I went on a date with my girlfriend and watched Vanishing Point (white Challenger) and raced all the way home). The Fun days! Thanks Guys
great show/video! first time i’ve ever heard someone say “Negative one” regarding temperature.is that how you say it in America? here in the UK we say “Minus one”.absolutely love American muscle cars, especially 68 Dodge Charger.
In Iowa, USA, I say minus 29 or 29 below, btw that was our temp in Celsius on Friday morning🥶 I have cousins over there, my mum was a warbride from ww2
In my teenage years growing up, my neighbor had a 71 Cuda 383 4 speed shaker car that I helped him with sometimes. It was top banana yellow and if I remember right he had the 383 billboard decals on it. For a while my dad also had a 77 Trans Am 400/auto. Then eventually I got my IROC Camaro, its been with me for 15 years now and it isn't going anywhere.
It you walk into a local restaurant and see a menu board like that you know you are in for a treat. Very fitting to find a place like that after finding 2 beautiful cars from that era. For me a 70 T/A or AAR is at the top of my list but that 71 sure does look good.
You Texans and your temperatures. It was -3 in London over the weekend. No snow though, which is a good thing as we're useless with snow. Another great find. Until next week.
Nice Cuda! Is it just the lighting or has the driver's door been replaced/repaired the paint and decal look off. And the 100bhp 6cyl '81 is great looking as well!
That Camaro, no way I would modify that. Those options, I would leave the 6 in there, park it up and look at it. What a stunning survivor. There are plenty of V8 cars around, please Dennis, don't mess with this one.

First of all you seem to have an awesome family /extended family and your content is 💯 to say the least. I have a few questions and excuse me if I’ve missed an episode with same questions if you direct me I’ll go back and watch. 1- How did you and Alex meet? Who was a mentor for Alex he seems so young but his knowledge far exceeds his age and is impressive to say the least the two of you make a great team, one thingI love about this channel is how you explain in detail about the car and it’s history the knowledge you have around just about anything and the mom and pop dining.. Thanks for all you do for the motorsport community much appreciated
My first car was a 73 mustang second owner coupe straight 6 power steering no power brakes my grandfather bought is in 83 for my birthday , it had 48,367 on it needed paint the doctor that owned before me ran the car on weekends at Hershey SCCA and hill climbs had it under a blue tarp … I went through the whole car two weeks after putting it on the road in 87 ,a kid Nathan Landon that was in my class in school came over the bridge and broke the frame in two places… I got after that a 1976 Ventura SS 265v8 Three speed power brakes steering no ac it was a fast little car. After that a 78 Firebird 231v6 3 speed power steering power brakes AC factory 8 track
Damn. Mopar got it right with the 70 and 71 e body. And the Charger from 68-72. I am straight -up likin' the body tags and the techno stuff. Fascinating to get all the history on these rare beasts. The 1 owner 69 GTO and finding the matching number block was like watching an animal rescue video with a happy ending!
Three things you have to remember coming north . No sneakers , no hair where a tuque ! Gloves 🧤. Life long wrangler and I love your channel and content !
When it’s really cold wear a stocking cap, you lose 85% of your heat from your head. It amazing how much warmer you feel. Make some “Coffee walk” beanie / stocking cap for cold weather days and for sale on line. The two layer ones with fleece on the inside are nice
This Canadian feller thoroughly enjoyed watching you southern boys shiver!! Lol. Loved Sean P's line about the Power of the D!! Another great episode of Coffee Walk, thanks for making me smile as always!
These videos have something for everyone. Cars, Jokes, and Food. I love watching them!! Keep em coming.
Dennis is a true gentleman, treats the cars and owners with respect. My weekend begins when I watch Dennis and the guys!
I agree.. 71 Cuda is my favorite with the one year only quad headlights. VERY nice!

"Outstanding" idea!
Is that shaker hood scoop gray or silver from the factory? I think it would look better flat black like the spoiler and louvers are.
I love the fact that Dennis Collins says he's from Dallas born and raised
I've been counting the days. Just cannot get enough of Coffee Walk ☕🚙❤️
Being In England I did what wonder what a Pizza Burger was! Our specialty here is a Cornish Pasty if you ever fancy one!
This has quickly become my All time favorite on you tube , what a great show ! Thank you Dennis and crew ! That’s an amazing cuda …!
That 'Cuda is awesome, great find!
Dennis, there is no way Alex is going to let you sell this Cuda, just look at his face, love is love 😍
Alex will end up making payments on that Cuda!!! He is absolutely in love!!! Good luck Alex!!!
I agree, Zach is the Man behind the scenes, good job Zach 👍 ty for making this channel the big hit it is.

I clicked because dudes head in the thumbnail was so damn big curiosity got to me. I had to see if he really had a great big gigantic head lol. Then hearing about the badass car was a bonus.
I read Camaro but seen a Cuda that’s when I had to click
Same 😆 they really stand out

First of all you seem to have an awesome family /extended family and your content is 💯 to say the least. I have a few questions and excuse me if I’ve missed an episode with same questions if you direct me I’ll go back and watch. 1- How did you and Alex meet? Who was a mentor for Alex he seems so young but his knowledge far exceeds his age and is impressive to say the least the two of you make a great team, one thingI love about this channel is how you explain in detail about the car and it’s history the knowledge you have around just about anything and the mom and pop dining..
Thanks for all you do for the motorsport community much appreciated
My first car was a 73 mustang second owner coupe straight 6 power steering no power brakes my grandfather bought is in 83 for my birthday , it had 48,367 on it needed paint the doctor that owned before me ran the car on weekends at Hershey SCCA and hill climbs had it under a blue tarp … I went through the whole car two weeks after putting it on the road in 87 ,a kid Nathan Landon that was in my class in school came over the bridge and broke the frame in two places…
I got after that a 1976 Ventura SS 265v8 Three speed power brakes steering no ac it was a fast little car.
After that a 78 Firebird 231v6 3 speed power steering power brakes AC factory 8 track
Those two cars are at opposite ends of the performance car spectrum, but each was super cool in its own way. Great video.
Another great episode “Maid Rite” by Dennis and his crew. Thanks for showing the great cars and the great local food. 👍
So awesome seeing a V6 Camaro in that great of condition. Hope you kept it that way.
That cuda is stunning. I'm in Ireland, we never had muscle cars, ever. Soo wish those cars were on our roads.
When it’s really cold wear a stocking cap, you lose 85% of your heat from your head. It amazing how much warmer you feel. Make some “Coffee walk” beanie / stocking cap for cold weather days and for sale on line. The two layer ones with fleece on the inside are nice
That's from my old stompin grounds! Try to go to Maid Rite every time i'm in town to see my grandkids there. Awesome Cuda find! Kinda jealous! lol
This Canadian feller thoroughly enjoyed watching you southern boys shiver!! Lol. Loved Sean P's line about the Power of the D!! Another great episode of Coffee Walk, thanks for making me smile as always!
